Relax in this very comfortable villa and enjoy your own private patio with grill. Offers a well equipped-kitchen along with a spacious floor plan with plenty of light.
Nice coastal feel throughout with updated furnishings. New couch is a sleeper sofa
The outside grounds has lots of lush greenery with water fountains in the waterways.
Located on property are two pools which are salt water. Great therapy with cooled water added during the summer . Beach is a short distance with a private cabana for your use with restrooms and showers. Beach is a five minute walk with a well-groomed beach walkway . Located in this Forest Beach area are
Many restaurants that offer family style or fine dinning. Along with happy hours and entertainment. During season. Hosts lots of shopping for unique finds, all close by. You can park the car walk or bike on the many well groomed paths
The newest addition to this area is the children’s museum located 5 min away at the “ park”. The museum features many facts of our local wildlife. There is a playground and entertainment during season. Great area for walking as well

Great Calm Retreat

Our week long retreat was perfect. Condo was immaculate, across the street from the beach, and a short walk from numerous restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Great Time!

Great Location! Hidden Gem!

I booked this property for a Mother’s Day beach trip for my mom and sister. The location is great for getting to pool (literally right out the back door) or beach (right across the street) quickly! The condo community was very peaceful and did not feel overrun with vacationers. Teresa, the property manager, was a great communicator and made the check-in/out process super easy!

Spring Break 2024

The home was perfect for us. Everything we needed. It was close to the pool/beach, and close to restaurants and shops. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and the charcoal grill worked perfectly. I would stay here again when visiting SC. Thanks!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The bathroom spaces are tight, but the large living space and good sized bedrooms make up for it. The walk to the beach is easy. I do recommend a beach wagon if you have one - we didn’t, and it definitely would have made lugging chairs and toys easier. But it still wasn’t bad at all. Great proximity to everything. Teresa is very communicative and flexible.

Great location, nice new bathrooms. The stairs are a bit rough and there were very few cleaning supplies provided (not an issue for us, just a heads up for future visitors). Theresa was very responsive and helpful when the water was out unexpectedly one day.

Close to beach Hilton Head

The picture of the stairs is misleading and steps are uneven and difficult to maneuver, especially for my 96 yr old mother. It would have been nice to state in the description that both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and that there are stairs from the front door to the living area. The area was a good location and bikes were available to rent close by. Living area was comfortable, just not well suited for accessability for those with ambulatory difficulties.

Hilton Head long weekend

We were very grateful for having such an accommodating host - we arrived Friday afternoon and had a boating excursion that departed at 3:45. Our host arranged for an early check in which meant we could unload our car and shower after a long drive from Toronto. There were a couple of minor cleaning oversights (coffee maker had not been cleaned out and had mouldy, used coffee grounds still in the basket from a previous group) but otherwise the unit was well prepared for our arrival. The unit has been renovated and the powder room on the main floor is a fabulous addition. The location of this unit is terrific with proximity to the beach as well as very close to one of the two pools - both of which are great for lounging and swimming. One thing to note is that the bbq is charcoal and no charcoal is supplied so if planning to bbq be sure to purchase some. The other supplies provided are minimal and basic which was fine for us with our short stay. We would 100% book this unit again because of the location, renovated space, nice decor, terrific pools and a very supportive host.

Nice Place!

We had a few hiccups upon checking in, but the property manager ironed them out quickly. She was very helpful and stayed in contact with us during our stay! The condo is in a great location. Was a nice walk into Coligny Plaza (15 minutes) and the walk to the beach was very short. We also enjoyed having the pool close to the back deck. Access to the cabana bathrooms off the beach was very convenient as well. There were some AC issues towards the end of our stay, but I am sure those have been taken care of. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and the amenities offered in the condo.

Great experience.

The property is very well located both in the complex (close but not too close to the pool) and within the town being only 1/2 mile from Caligny Beach for shopping, night life and public beach. The condo was very nice and recently remodeled. We hope to rent again.

Nice, updated furniture and amenities. Easy access to the beach and surrounding areas. Pet friendly!

Although the building itself is dated, the owner has done a good job updating the furniture and appliances. Good location and easy beach access certainly a plus. Only issue is it's much warmer upstairs than down. Although the owner has installed a new AC unit, the duct work needs to be balanced to direct more airflow upstairs. Guest room shower facet and doors need attention. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with.
