Friends, families, and loved ones can relax in this 3 bedroom 2 bath home only minutes from Belmont, the Catawba river, CLT, and the US national whitewater center.
Enjoy the spacious deck, tall ivy-covered trees, and still have convenient access to Charlotte’s city center. ** please note, the maps overview that indicates it’s walking distance from the river / whitewater center is incorrect. Roughly 10-15 minute drive to those locations**

Additionally, I do not allow the space to be rented out for parties. It is a neighborhood, and I want to be respectful of neighbors. Single-night stays will need to be discussed please!

Cute and cozy

It is a cute and cozy spot a little noisy with the highway right behind you but overall the stay was great. My aunt and I stayed for two nights due to seeing a concert and it was the perfect size for us.

Great location. Very clean. Very private.

Conveniently located with easy access to major roads. Only a few miles from the Whitewater Center. Easy access to many food choices and walmart and pharmacies. Highway trafic can be heard but not obnoxiously. Never saw neighbors, very quiet from that regard. House has a nice layout. There are however only 2 seats at the island and no other table to eat at. For my stay it was great because there were only 2 of us.Home owner communicates very nicely and very fast. She is happy to answer questions and is very kind. Rules for checking out are simple and reasonable.When I ho back to the Whitewater Center I will book this place again!

Cozy in Charlotte

We had a fantastic stay at a property in Charlotte that exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for comfort. Its location was ideal, close to attractions while being in a peaceful neighborhood. We loved how easy it was to access downtown Charlotte from the property. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we highly recommend it to others.

My family had a girls weekend trip & loved staying here! It was the perfect size & had everything we needed. The decorations were minimal and cute. The host was friendly and helpful! Heroes con weekend

All in all avery nice and quiet place .little small but we had plenty of room 4 adults.only problems was check in code didnt work but fixed and no xtra trash bags.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a great experience staying at the Harbor House. The house was immaculate, very clean and smelled great too. It had everything that we needed to have a great weekend in Charlotte. Very conveniently located to everything and Ms. Aubri made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay again next time we plan a trip back.

AMAZING HOUSE AND LOCATION

The house is in a perfect location 15 minutes from everything, restaurants, shopping and stores. The house has everything that we needed. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood and long drive way off the road. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! We will stay here again.

Graduation home base

My husband and our 4 kiddos were coming into Belmont for a graduation from the Abbey and needed a convenient place for kids to nap and to do breakfast and lunches. This house was perfect! A 10 min drive to the campus, clean, comfortable, well stocked and enough bed rooms for everyone to have some space. We saved money on eating out but cooking breakfast and lunch in the well stocked kitchen. We will be back to Belmont for a wedding and would look to stay here again 👍

20 mins downtown - 8 minutes to Whitewater Center!

This property is freshly renovated and was a very pleasant stay. Me and my wife enjoyed ourselves very much. They had clean stocked silverware and plates, toilet paper and paper towels. They had fresh towels in the bathroom, the beds were all made with fresh pillows and linens. We loved our visit here and are grateful for this reasonably priced rental close by to the whitewater center :) They accommodated a late check out for us which was very kind of them. My wife enjoyed her birthday very much.

Convenient & Excellent place to stay

We went to Charlotte on short notice and I was able to book this place. Headed to the White Water Center and wanted to be close. This place was perfect! Open concept kitchen, living. Clean and comfortable. Teenager loved the bean bag/bean bed. Will certainly book again. You can hear road noise but sound machine was perfect.
