Exclusive house with private boathouse

Exclusive living on Lyrön (80 km north of Gothenburg).

The house is 185 square meters with a fantastic sea view with only 80 meters from the sea and ferry to the island every 30 min.

Private boathouse, so why not start your day with swimming in the ocean. Your guest can also come with boat to visit you.

From 5th of October 2021 to 2nd of May it will be "winter season" which means no outdoor furnitures at the main house and the large table will be inside. See the comments on the pictures.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay in Lyr! The house is amazing, location is fabulous and you have every convenience you could ask for in the house! The manager was great to work with and very quick to reply with any questions asked. Thank you for a great stay!
