This golf villa is in a resort offering 300 acres of lush greens, a serene lake, and 2000 feet of pristine sugar white sand beach. It's tucked back in a quiet and peaceful seascape golf course community. It is a safe haven to unwind, relax and spend valuable time with your family and friends and create priceless memories. Your friends and family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There are 5 pools (2 are heated), clay tennis, pickle ball and a basketball court. It's a few minutes walk to the beach via the boardwalk or don't feel like walking? It's a 5 minute drive to a free parking lot across the beach or Whale's Tale. A few minutes walk to Cabana Café for food and entertainment, more restaurants at the Seascape Town Center. The condo is in a great location for The Mooncrush and several more music festival venue, just a walk across the fairway. No concert tickets, no worries. You can sit on the patio and listen to the concert.

Return all beach gears to storage and shake the sand off as much as possible.
Please empty the refrigerator of any left over food and take all trash to the trashbin located at the trash corrals by the condo entrance. Thank you.

Hello. Thank you for visiting. I am a first generation migrant from the Philippines. I came to the USA in the 90's after I was given an employment opportunity as a staff PT at a rehab facility in TX. After my contract ended, I took another job in FL. This is where I met my husband Chris. There we started our family, which we later uprooted and moved to CO. We have 2 boys and they are pretty much grown up. Our family love both the beauty of CO with its snow capped mountains and the serene coastal vibe of FL. To have both worlds, we decided to invest on our second home in Miramar Beach, FL. We truly fell in love with the Seascape community and all that's around it...mostly the beach! And for that, we felt that we should be able to share to others this little piece of haven where friends and families are able to reconnect, share and build precious memories, because we are and we hope that you do too! Welcome.

Why they chose this property

The Providence Beach House is our first vacation home purchase. When we were given the opportunity to buy this little piece of haven we felt that it is happening at a very favorable time, hence the name Providence. It has an idyllic view of the golf course. Short walk to the beach, close to outlet shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The Providence Beach House is centrally and conveniently located. This community offers so much activities that are just few minutes walk away, so you don't have to worry about spending your time driving to places and getting caught in traffic. One more thing that this villa offers is that beachy coastal vibe where you can just leave your shoes and worries at the door.
