Point Break comfortably accommodates 14 and offers exceptional custom architectural design and prime location on the point allows for expansive sound front views at most every turn. The ground entry level offers a bedroom with two Twin beds, another bedroom with two Twins and 1 Full bed, a sitting room, additional sun room and the wine cave. The main floor includes a luxury Master suite with a King bed with his and her bathrooms, hot tub, and private deck access. The main living room, dining room, kitchen, dinette and overlook room are also located on the main floor. A magnificent dual staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the final 3 bedrooms are. One holds a King bed with attached private bathroom, another has a Queen bed, and the final one has two Twin beds. There is also a separate office and spiral staircase to the top level "ship's watch" with 270 degree views of Shallowbag Bay and beyond! 8 flat-screen TV's, High-speed WiFi, pool table and arcade area, and gas grill. There is also a large backyard with firepit and sand entry into the sound, perfect for launching kayaks and relaxing. Parking for 6 vehicles maximum and trailers must be stored off-site. No slip available with property at this time, one may be rented from rental office or marina.
