The home has a large wrap around deck furnished with nice chairs great for watching sunsets or enjoying morning coffee. The upper level also has a large deck equipped with chairs, table, and a grill for making a delicious family dinner. There are large parking areas under the house for 4 cars and front and back stairways to access the home. There is a private walkway to the canal behind the house great for fishing and crabbing. Only a short drive to the Beach, Janette’s Pier, outlet malls, grocery stores, hospital, aquarium, and many other local favorites.
