This beautiful rental features direct access to the stunning Rainbow River with steps right to the water. Spend your time enjoying the outdoors with our picnic table set, lawn chairs, wood burning firepit, and barbeque grill. The river is full of interesting things to do, like kayaking, boating, snorkeling, diving, floating, swimming and watching nature. This cozy home is perfect for large families, multiple families or just a couple's retreat. The master suite with river views includes a king size bed, walk in closet, and a bathroom complete with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The three guest bedrooms include a queen, a queen and two single beds. The living space seats six, dining table seats six, and a snack bar that seats two. The L shaped kitchen is equipped with a standard fridge, electric oven/stove, dish washer and dishes/ cooking ware. The home includes WIFI and two TVs with Roku.
The town of Dunnellon is only 5 miles away which offers a great historic district full of quaint little shops and unique eateries. Five miles downriver is the Withlacoochee River, a favorite of fisherman and airboat riders.

Your hosts, Juanita and Bob Carter, are happy you are choosing to stay at the Flip Flop Inn. This property and river view has been a part of our family for over four generations. The rich family history continues as many of our relatives reside on Rainbow River. This place is truly special as it has been the setting for many family reunions, birthdays, graduations, and weddings. It is our desire that our little slice of heaven continue to provide meaningful memories for others.

This property was originally my great grandfathers who wanted it to be preserved for future generations to spend quality time with family and enjoy the wonders of the outdoors.
