ABOUT THE NEARBY CONSTRUCTION
For full transparency, there is early-stage construction (foundation work) taking place on a neighboring lot. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The construction does not affect any panoramic views or experience at the condo and is only minimally visible from the side window of the twin bedroom.

That said, the interior of the condo remains very quiet, and the double-pane glass doors and windows significantly reduce any outside noise, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your stay.

We’ve taken this into account in our pricing and are committed to ensuring your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The condo offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views and premium amenities to make your time in Los Cabos truly special.

Fantastic home away from home in Cabo

This was perfect for our family of 5! Communication with the property manager was excellent, the location was convenient, and the condo was clean and comfy stocked with most of the essentials you need! The pool was a perfect temp with amazing views. We would definitely stay here again. Loved having all the bathrooms!

Definitely one of our best Cabo trips yet. We were out on a family trip celebrating my daughter’s birthday and the condo was amazing. The views are incredible and it is very close distance to everything. Onelly was truly a great host very attentive and gave us detailed instructions prior to our arrival that made the check in very easy and efficient. We will definitely be staying here again

Property was very nice and secure. Condo was just as the pictures show, but better when you arrive. We couldn’t believe this place and enjoyed our trip even more knowing we would come back to such a nice place after our day out and about. I must add it’s conveniently located near Costco, Soriano which is a grocery store that has everything, and restaurants.

Perfect condo for our family. Lots of space. Loved having bathrooms in every room. Kitchen well equipped. Gated and felt completely safe at all times. Costco within walking distance. Onelly was such a pleasure! The condo is wonderful, exactly as described! Parking next to stairs a short walk to pool. Gym is small but all community premices are well kept. Feels like luxury living. You do hear noise from the main road which is the only downside but it did not affect our enjoyment. Would return anytime!

Great condo and location

We really enjoyed this spacious condo. It was great for every room to have their own private bath plus one more in the unit. The unit was clean and looks exactly like the pictures shown. It was also nice to have the whole house water filter so we didn’t have to worry! Plenty of closet space, a fully FULLY stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach towels, coolers, umbrellas and chairs. Responsiveness from the property manager was top-notch, thank you. We also fell in love with the Bengal cat that we would see lounging around the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay Overall!

The property was great overall for our group of 5 adult family members. The balcony was nice to watch the sunsets and see the ocean. Beds were very comfy and the condo was nice and clean. Nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom - one of them is very large. AC worked great. The only real downside was the construction noise that starts very early in the morning (around 6 some days). This is an end unit and one bedroom has a large window facing the construction areas right outside.

Exceptional host

The unit it is amazing! It's at the end one floor below the top and inside is gorgeous. 3 bedrooms with 3 en suites and an extra guest bath was perfect for our family of 3! None of the walls share so you feel like you have your own seperate area. Onelly is a phenomenal hostess!!! She made our stay so easy. Early check in and dropped off extra towels and such. She went above and beyond! We stayed during Xmas week and the weather was 75 almost every day. If you want an easy accommodation at a beautiful condo with an amazing host, go here!!!!

Like others have said - perfect home for a family of five. We spent 9 days here for our summer vacation. The unit is specious, convenient, and has an amazing view. We couldn't believe how nice the place is when we stepped in through the door. It is very well laid out. The location was great for us (if you're ok being somewhat away from downtown) - we rented a car so it was very convenient. Costco and Soriana are right next door. Driving to the city take about 10 minutes. The community is also very nice and very well maintained. There are TVs, ACs, and bathrooms in each room.Note that there is construction in the adjacent property, and while one building is almost ready construction-wise, they started prepping the grounds for another building and it can get noisy (and shakey). Another thing to note is the upstairs unit, which on a couple of occasions were a bit disruptive with noise. Notably one time they started playing very loud music at night and it got very loud in this unit. Once we let the PM know they called the community security and it was eventually resolved (it took about an hour).

Inaccurate Listing

We ran into a number of problems with the rental. Our biggest complaint was the parking. While it has a spot, the owner (who lives in the US) keeps his private vehicle in that spot while he is away apparently and you have to park outside the gate on the street. *We had to troubleshoot and fix the wifi for the rental agency *No bath for kids if you need that *During our stay, we were asked to not run water or AC when it was really hot and around kids bedtime.

A Hidden Gem in Cabo San Lucas! ★★★★★

This stylish apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The thoughtfully curated art and elegant furniture created a luxurious atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable - exactly what you need after a day of adventure or lounging by the stunning pool. Location is perfect - an easy walk to the grocery store for essentials, and just a quick $7 Uber ride to the marina where you'll find restaurants, shops, and boat tours. This made it easy to enjoy the bustling tourist area while having a peaceful retreat to return to. The pool area was a highlight - beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing with a book or cooling off in the afternoon. The interior design shows great attention to detail, from the artwork to the quality furnishings. Only problem, Loud construction is happening right in front of condo and will probably go on for a few months. They worked 7 days a week so there is no break and they start at 7am and end after 5pm. Would highly recommend this place for couples or small families looking for an upscale Cabo experience without the resort prices. We'll definitely be back!

Fun Place

The pictures are exactly as the listing states. It’s a beautiful place and the parking spot works great. There are AC units in each room and two of the units needed extra help from the management team as they were loud / noisy through the night and service team as the dust from the neighboring construction site(s). I loved the kitchen and custom live edge table. I wish there was measuring cups / tablespoons to measure coffee and it would be nice to have regular coffee already in the house (tiny issue not very relevant). The view is beautiful and it’s nice to watch boats and ships come in and out of the bay. The pool is pretty and very well maintained as are the two kids play areas (one is newer than the other) directly below the unit on the grass area. The management staff is unbelievably helpful and kind. They are well connected and able to get help fast when needed. I used a separate service for an in-home cooked meal and kid delivery items. The two bedroom room was well appointed and the black out curtains helped. I brought my own kids sound machine and visual alarm. The kids room worked well. I would recommend this place for sure!
