The house is located in Vistana Estates, which is in the Tezal area located close to Costco and Walmart. Casa Jodi is a short 10 minute drive to downtown San Lucas, where you have access to the marina, restaurants, shopping, and Medano Beach!
When you arrive to Casa Jodi, you will love the layout that this home offers. It is 1 floor brand new home, with stairs leading to the rooftop area. You will enter the full size kitchen area, where there are 2 bedrooms to your right hand side and the laundry room area. If you continue straight when you walk into the house, you will go through the dining area, living room, and access to the master bedroom. The master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with full size closet and walk in tile shower. It offers its own access to the outside terrace area where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The house offers its own bar area to make drinks and watch TV!
As you go upstairs to the rooftop, it is private to the house, where you will find a fire pit area to relax around the fire, seating for enjoyment, loungers for sunbathing, and full size BBQ area for entertaining!
