RENOVATIONS CURRENTLY UNDERWAY, NEW PICTURES COMING 4/2024. 5 min walk to the beach and public sounds access. You will find everything you need for your family beach vacation in this 1700 sq ft duplex. Parking is available at the beach access as well as a wagon for your walk.

3 level home with bedrooms on each floor.
Charcoal grill, fire pit, and outdoor shower are located in the fenced in back yard.
Covered porch located on each floor to enjoy your time outside with family.

Really loved the property. Only problem I had was there were no towels in master bedroom. Had to use ones out of main bathroom. The lockbox cover wouldn’t slide down all of the way to get to numbers and when I tried to force it down it peeled outside of box to where I couldn’t cover number pad back up. Worked well for my family to stay for my son’s wedding in Newport

The Perfect Vacation home

Other than a few cleaning issues, probably more on the cleaning company and not the owner, this place was perfect. Very peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful. Stocked with more than what you need for your home away from home. This place is perfectly located on the island as well. I highly recommend staying here
