We warmly welcome you to our holiday resort on Usedom in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow! Rest and relaxation can be found in our lovingly and modern apartments. The Baltic Sea resort of Koserow offers many activities, all within walking distance. It is only an 8-minute walk to the beach and to the well-known historic Koserow Salt Huts, dating back to the 19th century. Experience Usedom in the beautiful seaside resort Koserow.

3-room apartment on the ground floor of a lovingly landscaped resort. Ausgeschrieben ist die Wohnung mit WLAN. Vor Ort wurde dann mitgeteilt daß es kein WLAN gibt n der Wohnung gibt. Das glaub sf schlecht für Leute die es geschäftlich brauchen.

Für alle, die es lieber ruhig mögen

Die Ferienwohnung ist für vier Personen zwar recht klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Super ist, dass man draußen essen kann und in 5 Minuten zum Strand laufen kann. Ein toller Bäcker und ein Fahrradverleih sind direkt um die Ecke. Koserow ist der perfekte Ort, um dem Massentourismus in der Hochsaison zu entgehen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

In die Jahre gekommen

In dieser "beengten" Ferienwohnung wurde schon lange kein Geld mehr investiert sondern nur Geld erwirtschaftet. Der Mietpreis rechtfertigt keinerlei die vorgefundene Leistung. Die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Kurzurlaub in der Nachsaison

Wir haben eine sehr saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden, die modern, stilvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet und ausgestattet worden ist. Die Beschreibung der Wegstrecke zur Schlüsselübergabe und zur Ferienwohnung war hilfreich und stimmte auf den Punkt. Die Streckenführung in Zempin zur Rezeption war wegen der schlechten Beschilderung mangelhaft. Die Angabe, dass sich die Ferienwohnung 18 in Koserow in der Förster-Schrödter-Straße 10-16 befinden würde, stimmt nur bedingt. Richtig ist, dass sich die Ferienwohnung 18 im Gebäude 14/10 befindet. Leider fehlte ein schriftlicher oder mündlicher Hinweis, dass die Müllentsorgung, die Entsorgung von Plastik und Altpapier im Bereich einer Nebenfläche des Gebäudes 16/10 erfolgen kann. Wir waren ansonsten völlig zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung und dem Service der Buchung.
