My wife and I were very satisfied with every aspect of our stay. We woke up and set off for the gorgeous park 1 block away. The altstadt was a brisk 40 minute walk or one could access a tram within a 1/2 mile walk. The street within which the apartment sits is lovely; the homes are quite beautiful and impressive. There is a market down the street and a fabulous bakery. The host is delightful. Do yourself a favor and stay here. The value is terrific.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to point out that parking at Wiener Straße 132 in Dresden is usually not an issue. There are sufficient parking options available in the surrounding area, and many of the neighboring buildings also have their own underground parking spaces. In our property, we additionally offer a parking solution (car lift in the underground garage), which was not used during your stay. We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. At the same time, we would like to add for clarification that only part of the security deposit was withheld due to damage to a wardrobe that occurred during your stay. The damage was identified immediately after your departure during a personal inspection, documented with photos, and you were informed about it without delay. Kind regards S.Sauermann

Clean, convenient, and helpful host

This is a lovely apartment a few minutesa’ walk from public transportation that will take you all over Dresden. It was very clean and very quiet, and the perfect size and location for me and 17 year old daughter. I hope to return to Dresden, and when I do I will certainly try to stay here.

Die Wohnung von Swetlana ist toll. Alles da was man braucht. Schöne Räume, sehr sauber und eine kleine Terrasse ist auch dabei. Die Lage ist hervorragend Bus/Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das war ein echter Segen . Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Unterkunft.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum wunderschönen Großen Garten, der immer zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Aufgrund der guten Anbindung zum ÖPNV kommt man in sehr kurzen Zeit zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Dresdens. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, so dass es mir an nichts fehlte. Eine kleine Terrasse ermöglicht es, auch draußen zu sein und zu essen. Schön sind auch die Rolläden in der Wohnung und insbesondere im Schlafzimmer, die eine vollständige Verdunkelung ermöglichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief stets schnell und reibungslos, Check-In war ebenso wie das (kostenfreie) Parken vor der Tür problemlos. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die recht nahe und dadurch gut hörbare Bahnstrecke, an die ich mich aber schnell gewöhnt habe.

Die Möbel lissen zu wünschen übrig, die Matratzen waren uneben and das Bett knrtte gefährlich. Die Matratze waren offensitzlich abgenutzt. Dasselbe gilt für zwei der vier Esszimmerstühle. Allerdings wird dies durch das hervorragende Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss und die excellente Lage de Wohnung wieder wettgemacht. Tipp: Bringen Sie Fahrräder mit. Bitte beachten Sie: Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist aber nicht barrierefrei. Sie müssen sechs Stufen hinaufsteigen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, für 2 Personen ausreichend. Verbindung vom Bahnhof Strehlen (10 min. zu Fuß) mit Bus 68 sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. In der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne, saubere und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Ideal für Städtereisen. Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße genug. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Gastgeber war gut, schnell und unkompliziert. Es waren schöne 4 Tage. Vielen Dank das wir zu Gast sein durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren im September 25 in der Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war von der Buchung des Aufenthaltes bis zur Abreise hervorragend. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos. Es wurde alles sehr gut beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. 10 min entfernt ist der Bahnhof, die Bus und Straßenbahnhaltestellen.Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Gastgeberin und ihre Ferienwohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.
