Excellent!! This unit was perfect for our girls trip. Very spacious and allowed us to all have our own rooms while still being able to stay in the same unit. There were only 3 of us but the unit could easily accommodate 8 comfortably. Location was perfect for us as we love to walk. Saying that it is just a short walk to the strip and has shuttle to Paris Hotel if you choose not to walk. View was great from every window. We didn’t use the pool but that area was nice. Not the activity of the big strip hotels but we weren’t looking for that. All in all it was perfect for our needs.

Perfect condo!

Have stayed at this property before. Perfect for adults who don’t need the hustle of the strip and more room for getting ready. Easy walk to PH and shuttle to farther destinations.

Beautiful Property

This 3 bedroom was beautifully decorated and so spacious. The property was great. Pool area with restaurant and bar was also awesome. If wasn’t on the strip, but was nice to step away from the business of the LV strip.

Great place to stay in Las Vegas.

Very nice property, great service at the front desk, and very convenient to the strip. I had a rental car and parked it at the paid lot behind the building, which was nice. Walking to the Bellagio was easy, and Planet Hollywood is within walking distance as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous

Had 2 suites at the Polo Towers. A last minute change but a welcome one since it was directly on the Strip. Property manager was communicative and great to work with! The accommodations were clean, large and convenient. The full kitchen was a great bonus. My family certainly enjoyed our stay and fully endorse staying there!

SEMA 2022, trade show

Our suite was amazing, had everything we needed and more. We never seem to catch the shuttle at the right time so did a fair bit of walking - but found some short cuts to the strip. Would defiantly recommend and will be staying again if our travels take us back to Vegas.

Great place just off the strip

We were in town for a wedding. The wedding party stayed at the MGM Grand. We had kiddos with us so we chose this resort for not having a casino. It was super close to everything. The condo was spacious and my only complaint is not being able to spend as much time enjoying the amenities as we were busy with wedding things all week.

March Madness Trip

We've stayed at the Wyndham Grand Desert many times due to the location and the fact that the property is always in great shape. First time staying in the presidential suite, and it did not disappoint. Some of the furniture might be starting to show its age, but in very good condition and everything in the suite worked. I would book a room with Brendon Hawkins again without any hesitation and have nothing but praise in the booking process--quick to respond to any questions and great to work with with!

Awesome stay

Accommodations were awesome. Very well stocked , very high end furniture. all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only change is they list shuttle to various casinos, In reality they only go to the Paris and only till 930 and one night was obviously before 9.20. Because we waited until 10 and they did not show up. However, overall excelent choice we would stay again.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub in einer tollen Location

Das Appartement und die gesamte Anlage waren absolut spitze. Alles sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Die gesamte Anlage ist für einen Urlaub mit der Familie bestens geeignet, es gibt einen Familienpool und auch extra einen Spielerraum und sogar ein Kino für die Kinder. Für die Erwachsenen gibt es einen Erwachsenenpool mit Bar und in der Anlage gibt es auch einen kleinen Shop, einen Starbucks und ein Café wo man auch herzhaftes Essen bekommt. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit und immer für jede Frage offen. Die Lage der Unterkunft etwas seitlich vom Strip war super, denn so war es nicht zu laut und man konnte sich doch zu Fuß oder mit dem Shuttle (alle 30 Minuten) jederzeit ins Getümmel stürzen. Das Appartement war traumhaft. Sehr geräumig, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit absolut allen ausgestattet was man für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub benötigt. Es war genügend Platz für unsere ganze Familie und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können es aus unserer Sicht nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

Girls’ Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious and clean. There was a last minute change to our room and instead of a 3 bedroom, we had a 2 bedroom the first night. The property manager gave us a second room for our next 2 nights so we had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to spread out in. I had thought the property would be closer to Planet Hollywood by the description but now that I know Vegas better, I see that the city blocks are quite large. The hotel shuttle was hit or miss. Our first day, we waited nearly an hour for it and decided to walk. Overall we had a great time and the rooms here are much better than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in.

50th birthday celebration

It was great. The condo was exactly as represented in pictures. The check in process was great. The only drawback is they almost force you to sign up to listen yo a timeshare speech to get your wristbands so you can go around the property. Other than that I loved staying here!!! Would def come back!

Perfect family location

I couldn’t have been happier with this stay. It was close to everything, but being a block off the strip and not in a casino was ideal when with a family. The casinos are so huge and getting around takes so much walking, I loved just getting up and hopping in the pool within minutes or just being able to ride the elevator down and step immediately outside instead of hauling a family 10 min through a casino every time. The resort was clean, nice, roomy. Three pools. Lots of families. Perfect. My only note of advice is the Wyndham is a building of time shares and when you check in they try very very hard to convince you to sit through a time share presentation. Which is fine. But be prepared with your answer. I did not want to go and eventually said no, but wanted to give you a head’s up. If you don’t mind seeing the penthouse and a presentation though, you do get tickets to Vegas events for attending.

Great spot near the strip

Always love going to the grand Desert resort! The condo is spacious, clean, and with plenty of room to move around. Right across the street from Topgolf and the MGM grand. We will be back. Thank you for a fabulous time in Las Vegas

Unfortunate timing and poor communication

We called to check status of property due to coronavirus and were told that not only was the property up and running, but no refunds or rescheduling was an option. So we came. Pools were only open for one day, amenities and activities were closed- with little communication (only a letter taped to glass and in elevator) to guests. Voicemail or email should have been utilized.
