Vacation in the Lake Constance region. We offer you a beautiful, bright domicile so that you can feel comfortable in your own four walls.
Top equipped apartment with a modern look. Newly renovated and equipped in 2017. Spacious living room with dining area. Two bedrooms, bathroom (tub + shower) and guest toilet. The ground floor has a small terrace.
The apartment is located just a few minutes drive from Lake Constance. You can ride on newly developed bike paths to the nearest beach. Storage facilities for bicycles are available. Just around the corner you will find an ATM, bakery and grocery store so you can start the day with ease. The village of Bohlingen still has a lot of historical and half-timbered architecture and impresses with friendly, authentic people.

Wonderful Stay

Barbara was lovely and went above and beyond. We came from the US to visit friends in the area and her place had everything we needed. She even had a pack and play! Very spacious with good light. Exactly what you need for an extended vacation with small children

Well equiped ans situated, modern flat. Barbara has advices for visiting, restaurant, child place.

Car park in front of house. Grocery at 50m and supermarket at 4kms in the next village. Barbara gave us good adresses for playpark for kids, restaurant or bars. We tried most of them and were very happy each time. Thanks again Barbara for this nice play to stay for holidays.

Toller Urlaub mit guter Erholung

Die Wohnung trug mit zur Erholung bei. In dem kleinen Ort Bohlingen, liegt die Wohnung sehr Zentral, mit dem Hund war man schnell im Feld. Radolfzell, Singen sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Selbst mit dem Bus ist man schnell in Singen am Busbahnhof. Das kleine Kaffee lädt zum gemütlichen Kaffee trinken ein.

Nett aber naja

Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und nett und auch die Wohnung ist okay. Die Lage ist Top, da man schnell überall ist. Aber ich kann keine Bewertung abgeben die nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. An Erholung war leider nicht zu denken. Nicht die viel befahrene Straße ist das Problem sondern eher die Untermieter, welche Nachts so einen Lärm machen, das an Schlaf nicht wirklich zu denken war. Wir hoffen für die Vermieterin, das Sie dieses Problem lösen kann. Auch ist die Wohnung sehr Hellhörig, so das das ganze noch verstärkt wird. . Wir werden leider nicht wieder kommen.

Die Bilder der Wohnung waren viel versprechend aber…..

Die Wohnung an sich war ok. Leider lag sie direkt an der Durchgangsstraße und war somit sehr laut. Es leben in diesem Haus noch 2 Dauermieter. Der erste ging morgens um 6 Uhr zur Arbeit und der andere kam mitten in der Nacht nach Hause leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Der Garten war sehr klein eigentlich nicht als nutzbarer Garten zu bezeichnen. Nur eine kleiner Sitzplatz. Leider war das Bad auch nicht besonders sauber geputzt man fand noch die Spuren der Vormieter.. Wir würden in dieser Wohnung kein zweites Mal unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Kurzurlaub am Bodensee

Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden und gut gepflegt. Mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und war gut erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Zum See ist man mit dem Auto auch relativ schnell gefahren. Wir konnten viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein kleiner Frischemarkt mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Die Region Bodensee im gesamten hat uns nicht komplett überzeugt, was aber nicht mit der Unterkunft zu tun hatte. Insel Mainau, Konstanz und Meersburg waren sehr sehenswert. I

Schöne Ferienwohnung Nähe Bodensee / Schweiz

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin super! Sehr freundlich, schnelle Reaktion, könnt nicht besser sein. Wohnung war absolut in Ordnung. Ist nicht mehr ganz taufrisch, aber auch nicht untergewohnt oder sonst was! Kleinigkeiten könnten gemacht werden, jedoch hat dies unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinflusst. Würden wieder kommen, wenn wir die Gegend erneut besuchen werden.

Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien

Es war wirklich schön. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet zum Wohnzimmer noch zwei extra Räume zum schlafen. Es war alles ordentlich und aufgeräumt. Hier und da etwas abgewohnt, aber dennoch eine Tip Top Wohnung für einen schönen Aufenthalt am Bodensee. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem kleinem Dörfchen mit guter ruhiger Startlage zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Konstanz (allg. Bodensee, Rheinfall ... Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieterin. Kleinstmängel im Bad werden zeinah korrigiert.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. Man konnte den Urlaub sehr genießen und entspannen. Von Bohlingen aus kann man sehr viele schöne Ausflüge machen, schöne Strandbäder liegen direkt um die Ecke und die Landschaft ist einfach herrlich. Toll war auch, dass es direkt um die Ecke einen kleinen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt gibt. Morgens gibt es dort frische Brötchen vom Bäcker. Barbara Fuchs ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

Wir waren nur 3 Tage dort.Alles notwendiges gibt es. Die Renovierung ist schon etwas alt, aber das war Ok.Die Pfanne war leider nur eine, wir haben nicht geschafft auf die normal braten,restliche Geschirr war in Ordnung.

Schöne Wohnung und super Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Super Lage, kleiner Supermarkt direkt hinterm Haus. Fürs Brötchenholen morgens weltklasse! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Ausstattung auch super. Alles da was man benötigt. An der ein oder anderen Stelle hätten wir uns einen etwas gepflegteren Zustand gewünscht. Aber insgesamt eine super FeWo, die wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen können.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Nähe vom Bodensee

Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Alles ist sehr sauber. Betten waren bei Ankunft bezogen und Handtücher und Küchentücher lagen bereit. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch Gewürze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Die Vermieterin haben wir leider nicht persönlich angetroffen, was ich sehr schade fand, da sie sehr sympathisch am Telefon war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung machen.
