Welcome to Villa ZigZag, designed by the great architect Le Corbusier in the heart of the Cité Frugès in Pessac.
Listed as a Historic Monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it has recently been restored to its original state whilst incorporating all modern comforts, and is the only Le Corbusier house in the neighbourhood to feature a swimming pool.

Villa ZigZag is bright that opens out onto a private south-facing garden with a swimming pool; it is not overlooked, making it ideal for enjoying sunny days in complete tranquillity.
At the front, the entrance garden has a parking space.

Superbe ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison Le Corbusier qui a gardé toute son authenticité, une vraie plongée dans l'univers de ce grand architecte.La maison est parfaitement entretenue et très agréable à vivre.Communication top avec la propriétaire !Un arrêt de bus à 5-10 minutes à pied permet de rejoindre le centre-ville de Bordeaux en une demi-heure environ.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Bon accueil et bienveillance de Florence la propriétaire. Il faut faire attention pour descendre l'escalier car pas de rembarde d'un côté en haut de l'escalier, donc besoin de vigilance avec des enfants.

La maison est au calme et située dans l’emblématique cité Fruges, et très bien rénovée.Nous avons apprécié échanger avec Florence, la propriétaire, très à l’écoute et de bons conseils .Nous recommandons cette maison pour un séjour en famille tout proche de Bordeaux, plutôt avec des adultes car l’escalier qui mène aux chambres est très vertical et peu adapté à des enfants en bas âges.
