Bouliac is a small and inviting village offering a variety of restaurants. Taverns, tables d'hôtes, meals and a 2** Relais et Châteaux stars. A shopping centre is nearby (2 km away). Classified, flowery village, Bouliac offers the most beautiful panoramic view from its pavilion over the city of Bordeaux. Classified Unesco World Heritage Site. A few minutes away from Bouliac you will have the chance to visit Saint Emilion, the castles of Medoc, the Arcachon bay and the citadel of Blaye.

Beautiful stay in Bouliac. Pool was a lifesaver in thr heatwave. Many fans helped too. Place was as pictured, and suited six of us well. Hosts were fabulous, solving our one technical issue instantly. The town is cute, a couple of lovely restaurants, bakery, butcher, etc. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The photographs are accurate, the house and garden are beautiful, we had a fabulous week and any queries or assistance we needed were dealt with immediately. Marie France and Patrick were genuinely helpful, even accommodating our very late arrival due to flight delays. We will definitely use again in the future.

Beautiful, large, cool, well-equipped accommodation set just outside of Bordeaux. Our party of 7 (incl. 3 young children) had a great time. A cot and stair gate were provided on request, as well as a pool alarm for peace of mind. A boulangerie and butchers can be found a short walk from the accommodation into Bouliac village. Recommended.

Great base to explore Gironde

Very much enjoyed our stay. Exactly what we were after. The property was great for a family with pool, lots of outdoor space, bbq. It’s close to main roads and freeway so easy to get around and short drive into Bordeaux centre. Also, very close / easy drive to the right bank wine areas.

A Gem Just Outside Bordeaux

Beautiful home and property

Amazing Villa

Hosts very welcoming, property lovely however some modernisation would be good. Excellent location for Bordeaux city. Swimming Pool is excellent. Bouliac is beautiful but not a lot going on there.

Beautiful property

Really enjoyed our recent stay here. The house is beautiful and the pool and garden area is really lovely. It’s a short walk into the village centre where you can get a bus into Bordeaux and there is also a new bakery which was really delicious! Check in process was easy, we were met upon arrival even with our late arrival time of 11pm due to a delayed flight.

Perfect Family Holiday Location

The property and grounds are just as lovely as the photos portray. The location is perfect - local shops and restaurants of a high quality, all within walkibg distance. Easy and frequent public transport gets you to and from Bordeaux from the village at a very reasonable cost. The bus also passes the Centre Commercial which has a huge Auchan supermarket. The airport is only a 20 minute taxi ride away. Patrick and Marie France are perfect hosts, communicating with us in a friendly way. We could not have wished for a better holiday home for visiting Bordeaux!

Great House in Bouliac

Lovely hosts and very helpful. Lovely house. Need a car to get around, but lovely nearby places to visit. Very spacious house and lovely pool and gardens. Very well equipped for catering in the house and two good restaurant's in walking distance in the village. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family of 7 adults.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Bouliac. It was great from before the start to the finish. The communication from the owner was excellent and during the stay was low profile but always available should we need anything/ ask a question. We arrived in a heatwave and were provided with an additional brand new fan within an hour. Location was perfect just outside Bordeaux but just a short journey away be it by car, bus or uber.Villa was very well appointed and the outside area magnificent - a lovely pool and a variety of seating areas. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property

Hosts Patrick and Maria are lovely people there home is amazing full of antiques and has lots of French character, the grounds have plenty of seating and sun beds, the pool is very inviting and a lovely extra. I stayed here with my family of 6 adults and 2 children theirs plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and not cramped at all.we all thoroughly enjoyed our stayed would highly recommend its been a fantastic holiday.

Pleasant Stay

It was a great pleasure to stay in such a beautiful & spacious old property. Location great, close to centre Bouliac, with easy bus & road links to Bordeaux, yet on edge of countryside with good local walks. Nice spacious garden & good sized swimming pool. There are 2 good sized bathrooms which could be improved by inclusion of a toilet (located separately, further down landing). Hosts are very pleasant, helpful & unintrusive.
