Eine schlechte Matraze im Doppelbett

Nachdem wir den Schimmel in der Dusche reklamiert hatten,wurde dieser umgehend mit neuem Silikon von einem Handwerker entfernt. Die nach Chemie riechende Kaffeemaschine wurde getauscht. Die eine stark durchgelegene Matratze wurde nicht getauscht. Das war enttäuschend.
