Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Kleiner Hund ist willkommen gewesen. Kleiner Balkon wo leider der Bodenbelag lose war (stolpergefahr). Sonst für unseren Kurzurlaub war der Rest okay.

Schöne kleine Whg für 2 Personen und Hund. Super ruhig im Haus, der Blick vom Balkon ins unbaute Grüne beim Frühstück oder Abends ist toll. Netter Kontakt und problemloser Check-in mit Schlüsseltressor. Wir hatten Fahrräder mit und so war alles schnell zu erreichen.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war für mich und mein Kind vollkommen ausreichend. Super ausgestattet, es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Weg zum Strand mit etwa 1,2 km auch schnell gelaufen. Die Treppe ist wirklich mit Vorsicht zu genießen, nichts für ganz kleine Kinder oder Personen, die Schwierigkeiten im Bewegungsablauf haben. Meine Tochter (6) ist im Sitzen Stufe für Stufe runtergerutscht und ich bin rückwärts runter, wie bei einer Leiter, weil sie wirklich steil ist. Außerdem ist oben im Schlafbereich kein Feuermeldet installiert (lediglich eine leere Halterung?)

Eine schöne kleine, ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung.Toller Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Wennsee.Für drei Personen eher nicht geeignet.Der Fußweg zum Strand ist ein Klacks.

Nicht für 3 Personen geeignet

Eigentlich ganz nette Wohnung, Jedoch liegt das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett eine steile Holztreppe höher unter dem Dach mit geringer Kopfhöhe. Ein Bett für eine 3. Person war leider nicht vorhanden. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist etwas gruselig und geruchsintensiv. Den Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen dauert ein wenig. Schönes Badezimmer und Küchenzeile ist in Ordnung. Anmerkungen werden aber vom Hausmeister nicht weitergegeben. Zusammenfassend: Für 2 (junge) Personen mit geringem Budget ist die Wohnung gut.

Den Zugang zum Schlafzimmer über die Holztreppe ist in der Beschreibung angegeben. Für vielen Besucher stellt das kein Problem da, tut mir leid, wenn Sie damit nicht zufrieden waren. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Schlafcouch für eine 3 Person vorhanden. Das Haus ist kein Neubau sondern aus den 60er Jahren, kann man aber auch charmant finden. Geruchsprobleme waren mir bisher nicht bekannt.

Schöner Urlaub, in 15 min am Strand, alle freundlich, die Wohnung sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Ein Park in der Nähe um mit den Hund zu laufen.

Tut mir leid, dass Sie mit der Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden waren. Bisher hatte es mit der Reinigung gut geklappt und die Gäste waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Beschreibung habe ich jetzt aktualisiert und die Treppe dargestellt.

Klein aber fein

Saubere schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Strand ist gut sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuss als kleiner Spaziergang erreichbar. Pkw Stellplatz ist vorhanden. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Vielleicht sollte eine kurze Info in die Anzeige über die steile Treppe ins Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist neu renoviert. Am vorletzten Tag haben Baggerarbeiten begonnen. Vielleicht wäre eine kleine Info seitens des Gastgebers vorab schön gewesen. (Es hing aber ein Aushang im Flur im Eingangsbereich).

Gute Wohnung, mit allem, was man braucht.

Super Lage, wenn man mit Ebikes reist. In nur etwa 3, 4 Minuten ist man damit am Strand. Die Wohnung ist mit allen nötigen Sachen ausgestattet. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön.

Scharbeutz

Leider wurde die Ferienwohnung direkt nebenan renoviert. Dadurch wurde der Baustaub im ganzen Haus verteilt. Die Wohnung ist für Menschen mit Behinderung nicht geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer ist nur über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut.

Es tut mir leid, die Renovierungsarbeiten haben leider länger als geplant gedauert. Wir haben versucht die Beinträchtigung so gering wie möglich zu halten. Die Treppe ist nicht sehr steil, aber für Menschen mit Behinderung möglicheweise nicht geeignet. Ich werde einen Hinweis dazu in der Beschreibung mit aufnehmen.

Sehr sauber und nette Umgebung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Küche etwas sparsam, hat aber alles gepasst. Das alte Badezimmer ist neu renoviert. Schade fand ich das es keine Fotos von der steilen Treppe die zum Schlafzimmer führt angegeben war, bzw. die Deckenhöhe im Schlafzimmer nur 1,80m beträgt. Trotz alledem haben wir uns sehr gut erholt, sehr ruhige Lage, man ist schnell mit den Fahrrädern, die man sicher im Schuppen unterstellen konnte, schnell zum Einkaufen oder am Strand. Interessant, der See mit der Obstbaumwiese... wenn es dort blüht und die Bienen dort ganz aktive sind. Waren schöne Tage dort.

Sehr erholsam

Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen sauber, durch Ausstattung gut, wenn auch im Bezug auf die Kochutensilien eher simpel. Der Hausmeister wohnt in einer Dauerwohnung mit im Haus und tatsächlich sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein (von uns selbst verursachtes) Problem gibt. Die Lage ist jedoch schon etwas weg vom 'Stadtkern' des kleinen Scharbeutz, aber dafür ist es halt auch sehr günstig.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem älteren Gebäude, was man z.B. am Badezimmer sieht, es ist aber alles sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon, von dem man einen schönen Blick auf den Wennsee hat und die ruhige Lage. Zum Schlafzimmer geht eine steile Treppe hoch, dort ist die Raumhöhe etwas niedrig ( ca.1,8 m). Fahrräder sind sehr praktisch, zu Fuß ist es doch etwas weit zum Strand. Schlüssselübergabe hat mit Schlüsseltresor super geklappt.
