Modern furnished duplex with a bedroom in a complex with communal pool. The apartment has about 40 m² one bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, accessible by a staircase in the living room. On the ground floor is the living / dining room with open kitchen. The apartment is equipped with a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a dining table with four chairs and a kitchenette with 2-plate stove, toaster water cooker, a coffee machine and a large fridge / freezer, clothes dryer and seating on the terrace.
The beautiful communal area offers a pool and a minimarket for daily needs. Restaurants and other shopping opportunities are within a few minutes walk. The beach is about 800m away.
