A very nice property in an excellent location only a few blocks from downtown Warren. We enjoyed our stay and loved the fact that we could walk to all of the social functions for my high school reunion. The host/owner was very accommodating as she answered all of my questions and made us feel very welcome.

Very nice place

The house was, first off very clean and in a good location in Warren Pa. Nancy is a great host and the house has everything anyone could need. Great view of Allegheny River and we did see a couple of eagles flying near.

Perfect place to recuperate during our 2-day kayaking adventure down the Allegheny

Cute home. Nicely decorated, clean, easy access to stores, restaurants, and most importantly Allegheny Outfitters (AO)! We loved watching from the back deck as the ducks gathered at night on the Conewango River.

Merry Christmas is Warrren

My family and I stayed here for our Christmas holiday, and it was wonderful. Nancy was very accommodating to a wary checkin and late check out and was always very responsive. The place was clean, cutely decorated and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 9 to sleep there. If we neee a home next year, we would definitely rebook!

Trip to see the eclipse

We rented this lovely house in Warren so that we could be close Jake's Rocks on the weekend and close to Erie on the day of the total solar eclipse. The house has sizable kitchen and was a great place to cook good food and enjoy time with friends before moving on to Erie to catch the solar eclipse. I'm very glad we found this place and we would visit again.

Delightful!

We had such an enjoyable 5-night stay. The house is lovely, clean, and well-furnished with not only comfortable, relaxing furniture and artwork, but also little extras for both kids and adults (USB outlets, kids books and toys, puzzles, board and card games, sudoku books, colored pencils, fans, and the dish and laundry soaps. There were even ingredients for pancakes and syrup, had we wanted to make them! I was even able to make bread twice during our short stay with minimal store purchases! We wished we could have stayed a few more days, so much so that we already booked and are looking forward to next year!

Great for kids

This home is well-equipped for families with young kids-cute playroom, pack n plays, high chairs, etc. The host even installed gates on the stairs. Everyone enjoyed watching the nearby bald eagle. The adults liked the quick walk to the local brewery.

Better than expected!

The home was very cozy and clean. Very well maintained. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making the space a nice space to be for families especially. Absolutely no complaints. Signs around the space let us know where everything was, and spelled out things like the checkout expectations. Communication with the host was great, she was even able to suggest a couple local places to eat and the indoor pool at the nearby YMCA for our kids, when we had a bad weather day. As we were checking out we discovered a problem with our vehicle and she was very flexible with allowing us to stay past checkout for about an hour while we got it taken care of. We would definitely stay at any of this host’s properties again! Thank you for having us :)

Great place for families and groups. The yard is small, but set up for fun with a great deck view. Walking distance to town, skate park, tennis courts, playground, bike path. Short drive to Chapman Dam State Park and Kinzua Reservoir in the Allegheny National Forest, both with swim beach areas. Exceptional mountain biking trails in the ANF.

Toy area and baby amenities, game area stocked with puzzles, games, cards and coloring items.
Also a a bike stand for working on bikes and basement with outside door and hooks, washer and dryer for for muddy hunters and cyclists!
