Only issue we had was initially locating the home drove by it house numbers are small and hard to see. Definitely looking to stay again when in area for family. Very clean. Beyond very well stocked with anything you may have forgotten. Owner is very good at communication. Would stay here again. We trailered our 4-wheelers to near by ATV trailheads. Had a great time.

Great Getaway

This property was the perfect location in the “Heart of the Alleghenies”. Short drives to many different areas of the forest. The house was very clean and well stocked with many unexpected extras! It had everything we needed. We will go back again.

Perfect spot to stay for Kinzua Dam area

This is the cutest little stay with lots of sleeping areas, grill, blender, Keurig coffee maker with cups or drip coffee, foreman grill, comfy couches, etc We hiked the area and was a perfect spot to stay and crash after a busy day. The host was just awesome, answered all my questions very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

The home was very nice, clean, and renewed. It was a pleasant stay which our dog enjoyed as well due to the small gated area we could let him out into. We had contacted the owner a couple of times, and he was always quick to answer. We would absolutely stay here again!
