Beautiful detached holiday home with a sunny location and panoramic views

Sunny location and panoramic view - that's what awaits you in our approx. 95 m² detached holiday home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the holiday area of the idyllic Eifel town of Lissendorf. The holiday area is about 1km above the town, free of through traffic or annoying everyday noise. In all seasons it is the ideal place to find peace and relaxation.
The bright, friendly holiday home is in a very good, renovated condition and is fully furnished. All rooms are tiled, the windows have outside shutters. From the living room you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view through the almost continuous window front on the south side. In summer you can enjoy the sun almost all day on the terrace - or the shade under the pergula, in winter the fireplace invites you to cozy hours.
The new, modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Senseo coffee pad machine and dishwasher is very well equipped. Here you will find all essential cooking utensils (pots, pans, bowls, small utensils, spices) as well as cutlery and dishes for min. 6 people and different glasses (in addition to drinking glasses also white and red wine glasses, champagne glasses etc.).
The two bathrooms have exterior windows and are brightly tiled. In the smaller one there is a bathtub with shower partition and a high-quality marble washstand with a large mirror. In the new extension of the holiday home, the second bathroom with a large wellness shower cubicle was completed in October 2009.
In the house and on the terrace, WiFi and Internet are available at VDSL speed!
In Lissendorf there is a bakery, a small grocery store, a pharmacy and some restaurants with good home cooking. Lissendorf also has its own train station. Within a few minutes you can reach neighboring villages with large supermarkets, drugstores, doctors and also some highly recommended restaurants.
The beautiful Eifel landscape invites you to hikes and bike tours / mountain biking from the front door (hiking maps are available in the house).
Leisure / sports facilities in the surrounding area:
- Tennis court of the TC Lissendorf, guest players are always welcome (0.5 km)
- Lissendorf Riding Center (1.5 km)
- Kronenburger See (10 km, swimming and sunbathing on the beach, pedal boating, sailing, surfing, rowing, fishing)

- Golf course Golf-Club Eifel Hillesheim (10 km),
- Excavator / quad driving in Stadtkyll (10 km, only quad) and (Walsdorf (14 km),
