The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare a snack or a full meal, and the open plan means the chef won’t be left out of the fun while they cook. When it’s time to eat, the adjacent dining area seats six.

When it's time to head out and explore, you're in luck. Sea Colony gives you access a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), a hot tub, sauna, world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle and year-round security. THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
