Sea Colony Beach & Racquet Sports Resort-REMODELED Kitchen & Baths

Sea Colony is a gated resort community with walking/biking trails, 1/2 mile of private beach, 34 tennis courts, 20 pickle ball courts, 12 heated swimming pools, 2 fitness centers, playgrounds and a complimentary shuttle to take you to/from the beach. This comfortable condo is a one-level duplex with a private deck off the back and cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Adjacent to one of the lakes and a set of tennis/pickle ball courts.

Guest Badges are required to be purchased for all guests and renters during your stay. A valid guest badge is required to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities. This includes the beach, pools, racquet courts, fitness centers and the transportation system. Be sure to display your badges at the crossovers to the beach.

My family have been traveling to Bethany Beach for over 10 years and majority of our stays were at this location. We took a couple years break but returned this year and we were delighted with upgrades. Still tucked away, cozy, clean but now with modern upgrades. Communication was and has always been easy and timely which made planning and overall trip worry free. We will definitely return

The condo was very small. It didn't come with the guest passes for the resort so that cost me another 232 dollars for a family of 4 on top of the expensive nightly rate. That was a surprise at check in. The pickle ball and tennis court closed at 6 pm which was so early we couldn't even take advantage of them. The whole resort is very 1970s in design and outdated. It was mostly retirees and not a lot of kids on the property when we were there. The condo didn't even come with toilet paper, paper towels or hand soap - not so fun being on vacation and having to shop for these basics. I would not return.

We loved staying at Stacy's beautiful condo. She was very easy to contact with any issue we had during our stay. The location of the condo was private with a tram stop right outside. We loved that it was so close to the little sports center too!

Wonderful property!

Host was extremely responsive to messages, home was well kept and in a great location for tennis, pickleball, playground and basketball. Loved the use of the bikes. Will definitely stay here again!
