Rental longer than 1 month (mobility lease or civil lease) The accommodation (71 m2): - A large living room (32 m²) with open kitchen and bar, ample storage and complete equipment (dishes, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.), large sofa and armchairs, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. - Bedroom 1 (12 m2, one 160 cm double bed), - Bedroom 2 (13 m2 - 3 beds: 2 x 90 cm and 1 x 80 cm), - Large bathroom Bathroom (5 m2) with washing machine. - Separate WC - Large entrance hall with wardrobe - Duvets and numerous pillows available - Linen available at an extra cost (please contact us) - The host requests that you complete the following tasks before departure: Remove the sheets from the beds used and gather the used towels - Remove any leftover food and drink - Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys - Cleaning will be charged at 70 euros payable on the day of arrival. The tenant's departure is scheduled for 11:00 AM at the latest. A security deposit of €1000 is required upon arrival; payment can be made by uncashed check or cash. It will be returned upon departure if the property is in satisfactory condition. Bed linens and towels are available for rent. Sheets are €15 per bed. Towels are €5 per person.
