PLEASE NOTE:
BEACHES IN THE KEYS - Please know that the Keys are not known for their sandy beaches; however, we have a "sandy beach area" with direct ocean access for kayak or stand up paddle boarding.
No more than 8 adults and 2 children at any give time on the property. If this number is exceeded guests will be asked to leave and no refund given.
DOGS - 2 maximum. When requesting to book please provide breed of dog and weight. There is a non refundable pet fee depending on how many dogs, breed and weight.
We provide a golf cart as an added amenity for guests staying in Unit Villa 6. In the event that the golf cart experiences a mechanical issue that is beyond our control and renders unusable during your stay, we will refund $25 per day for each day it is unavailable.
The marina, boat ramp and boat storage is full to capacity. Pilot House Marina and John Pennekamp State Park is a viable alternative.
2 cars are welcomed per stay with free parking.
Do not store fish or bait for fishing inside the refrigerator of freezer.
The coral reefs can be found “OFFSHORE” and cannot be reached from the shore and require a boat or other means of transportation to reach.
