Kitchen is fully stocked; all bed linens, towels, shampoo & conditioner and soaps are provided. Waterfront Boat dock with cleats for storing your boat in front of townhome. Enjoy lake life living with all the conveniences of the city. We provide Cable, high speed Wi-Fi, full size Washer/Dryer. Water front covered Patio, with lounge furniture and dining table and Propane grill. Enjoy fishing, or swimming off the dock or floating in front of the quiet cove. The waterside yard is large and spacious, bring a Volleyball net, Corn hole or Washer Boards for entertainment. Just minutes from Margaritaville, Walden Yacht Club and the Walden Pool and numerous other restaurants and stores for your convenience.

Great place, with huge open kitchen and large covered back patio with firepit overlooking the water. The 1st floor king bed and bathroom counters were high, and most of our party were short, but we managed and would definitely stay there again. The owners responded quickly to all questions and requests. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Great stay at the lake!

This property was great and had everything we needed! It has one of the nicer updated patios with fans and great lighting for enjoying time outside. It is very quiet! Beds are high- this was tricky for my older parents. Great neighborhood near club and pool.

The Perfect Ren Faire Getaway

This is our third year at this property for our annual weekend at the Texas Renaissance Festival. The accommodations are perfect and all very comfortable.The open Kitchen/Living Room easily fits the entire group and the covered patio overlooking the lake is spectacular!

Fantastic place to stay

This was more than a typical “fully stocked rental.” The owners made this place feel like home with a lot of attention to detail. Comfy, clean, excellent communication, and a perfect location for our family to stay and relax. For boat owners, I’d say that the ramp is a couple miles away and is where you’d store your trailer, so that could be a bit tricky if you only have one driver or one car, but the cove area by the condo is great and protected. We left the boat docked at the house the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. 5 stars!
