Welcome to your perfect lakefront getaway on Lake Conroe! This spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sits right on the water with a private boat slip and easy lake access. Whether you're boating, fishing, or just enjoying the view, you'll love the peaceful space.



Outside, lounge on the deck or unwind on the balcony with rocking chairs. There's plenty of space for everyone, including a separate garage apartment as the fifth bedroom. With swimming, a paddle boat, and comfortable outdoor seating, this home is ideal for family trips, group getaways, or just a quiet weekend by the water.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Our family of five stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful time! The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. Very nice view from the living room/kitchen area. We would stay here again.

Check in instructions were unclear, leading to us being unable to use the garage bedroom on our first night, since we were not given the code to the lockbox containing the key until after midnight.Lights in two rooms (the 4 bunk room and the garage room) did not work. Electrical outlets in the garage room did not work. The property manager sent to fix the issues was unable to do anything about them. He did, however, start talking to everyone in the house.There were only 7 towels in the entire house.The futon was of a sufficiently poor quality that we chose to sleep on the couch instead.The paddle boat has holes in it.There are no trash bins on the entire first floor of the house.The master bath tub does not hold water (no plug, non-functioning stopper) and has a very weak faucet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations. When the electrical issue occurred, we arranged for someone to come out the same Saturday to assist, but it turned out to be a larger repair. The issue has since been fully resolved. We also appreciate your notes regarding towels and trash bins. The home is always stocked with at least one towel per guest and includes trash bins in both first-floor bathrooms and outside, but we’ll double-check to ensure everything is clearly accessible for future guests. We value your comments and will use them to continue improving the guest experience.
