Designed to comfortably accommodate up to three people, this cottage combines practicality, tranquility, and a strategic location. All on one level, it opens onto a pleasant veranda that brings light and a feeling of spaciousness throughout the day. The central living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a sofa bed (80 x 190 cm), particularly suitable for a child or a short business trip. The separate bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and an en-suite shower room with WC, ensuring privacy and comfort. Outside, the small enclosed garden with a covered terrace allows you to enjoy the gentle air of Aussonne in complete peace and quiet – a real bonus after a busy day. Reversible air conditioning is provided in the living room, central gas heating in the bedroom, and supplementary heating in the veranda. Parking is available on the other side of the Venitia house. The entrance is the same as for the one-bedroom apartment. The property comprises this apartment, three others (a four-bedroom, a one-bedroom, and a five-bedroom), and the owners' private quarters. The apartment overlooks a busy street. The property is located approximately 5 minutes from the Toulouse MEET convention center, 10 minutes from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, 20 minutes from Toulouse's historic city center and Place du Capitole, 8 minutes from the Aeroscopia museum, 25 minutes from the Japanese Garden and the banks of the Garonne River, and less than 15 minutes from the Bouconne Forest.
