We offer this beautiful one-bedroom apartment (70 sq m) for seasonal rental (off-season rentals also possible). Located on the ground floor of a villa, it has been designed with everything in mind to ensure a pleasant holiday. Modern, comfortable, bright, and very well-equipped, it also features a large terrace with sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs, a barbecue, and an above-ground pool. Located in Bastelicaccia, in a quiet area 10 minutes from Porticcio and 10 minutes from Ajaccio, this fully air-conditioned apartment comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, etc.) opening onto a spacious living room. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a dressing room with shelves and hanging space. The bathroom (walk-in shower) is separate from the toilet. The living room includes a sofa bed. Linens are included in the rental price. Also included are two parasols and a cooler. We remain at your disposal for any special requests.
