Magnifique séjour

Superbe maison dans une ville avec un cœur à taille humaine très sympathique. Nous avons pu faire le tour de l IIe. La maison est plus grande que sur les photos et tout le nécessaire est compris.

Perfekter Urlaub

10 Tage, einfach traumhaft: - Übergabe des Hauses pünktlich mit perfekter Einweisung - Gerd stand bei Bedarf mit Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Verfügung - Haus in perfektem Zustand, Ausstattung bestens - Sauberkeit tadellos - Haus und Ausstattung stimmt mit den Fotos exakt überein - Lage total ruhig, trotzdem in 5 Minuten auf dem Markplatz - viele gute Restaurants - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel - ein Tag am Haus bietet Entspannung pur, Sitzmöglichkeiten im Schatten, Sonne genießen im Gartenbereich oder auf den beiden Dachterrassen, ein kleiner Spaziergang durch den Ort - Parkplätze sind zwar knapp, kurzes Halten zum Ausladen jedoch vor dem Haus immer unproblematisch, wir haben immer einen Parkplatz, in der Regel sogar eine Straße weiter gefunden (Gerd gibt auch dazu auf Wunsch eine kleine Einweisung zu den besten Ecken) Vielen Dank nochmal an Angelika und Gerd, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder...!

Maison extraordinaire 👍

Une très jolie maison de ville, à 2 mn de la place principale mais dans une ruelle très calme : très bien décorée et parfaitement équipée, comme chez vous. Cuisine avec tout ce qu’il faut, bcp de vaisselle pour cuisiner. Tout est propre et très bien rangé. Je n’ai jamais vu une location aussi PARFAITE😍!!! Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Fomos muito bem recebidos . O local é super agradável e a cidade é ótima para ser a base para visitar a ilha . A casa está toda reformada dando muito conforto . Fizemos nossas refeições noturnas na parte externa da casa , muito bom. Tem local próximo para estacionar o carro . Se for na rua é grátis mas tem um pago .

Una casa con todas las comodidades y en una situación ideal para visitar cualquier punto de la isla.

Hemos estado cinco días en la casa de Gerd y Angélica y hemos estado muy muy a gusto. Sin duda repetiríamos con los ojos cerrados. la casa está totalmente reformada, con un estilo moderno y acogedor. No le falta detalle. Los dueños nos recibieron con gran amabilidad y con cervezas y agua frescas en la nevera!! la casa tenia de todo, desde toallas para la playa hasta sombrillas. Además estaba todo muy limpio, algo importante para un grupo de 6 mujeres como el nuestro. El único pero es que no había persianas, por lo que cuando salía el sol la luz entraba en las habitaciones. Todo lo demás excelente!!

Sich wie zu Hause fühlen

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt und geschmackvoll sowie gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Um Kleinigkeiten braucht man sich nicht kümmern, ob Handtücher, Tragetaschen, Sonnenschirm für den Strand oder in der Küche, ist auch alles da, was man braucht. Da wir in sehr heisser Saison da waren, wussten wir die Klimaanlagen sehr zu schätzen, die sehr schnell die gewünschte Kühle herbeiführten und gut zu bedienen und zu dosieren waren. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr sauber und schön. Alles zum Wohlfühlen. Die Terrasse ist auch im heissesten Sommer durch die Schirme meist gut zu besuchen. Von Vorteil ist auch, dass die deutschsprachigen Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnen, die sehr nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit sind, wenn man sie braucht. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in Laufnähe direkt am malerischen Marktplatz der auch nette Lokale hat. Ein grösserer Supermarkt und ein "Müller" sind am Stadtrand leicht zu erreichen. Der Ort liegt eher im Landesinneren, daher ist ein Auto notwendig, um Strände oder andere Ziele der Insel zu erreichen. Mein Tipp: Möglichst KLEIN sollte der Wagen sein. Die Parkplatzsuche war jeden Abend eine Herausforderung. In der Strasse der Unterkunft darf nur zum Entladen geparkt werden. Allerdings fand ich immer nach spätestens 10min. einen Parkplatz und der weiteste Weg zum Haus war 500m lang, also 5min zu gehen. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, die durch die Aufteilung grössere Familien sowie auch verschiedene Parteien zulässt.

absolut empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist einfach sehr schön. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann gleich die Seele baumeln lassen. Sehr schöne und hochwertige Einrichtung und alles sehr sauber. Im Patio lässt sich abends ein Glas Wein oder Aperol-Spritz entspannt genießen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr angenehm und bei eventuell aufkommenden Fragen sehr gut zu erreichen. Bars, Resturants und Geschäfte zu bummeln liegen alle Fußläufig. Immer wieder gerne:)

An Oasis of Calm

Even better than the photos, Gerd and Angelika have created a perfect vacation home, it was perfectly clean and organized and everything smelled so fresh and clean. The inside/outside living design was just what we were looking for. The garden was so well taken care of, it was beautiful. We were four adults and two toddlers and the space was even more than enough. Only one large block from the main square, we were delighted to have incredible cafes and restaurants steps away, but at the same time we couldn't hear a thing! It was the quietest place we had ever stayed. The pueblo has character and charm and was a lovely surprise to discover all it had to offer. Highly recommended. We can't wait to return!

Location ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e relax a Maiorca. Proprietari disponibili e cordiali. Casa ottimamente ristrutturata nel cuore della cittadina di Llucmajor. Spazi ampi per famiglie numerose. Cura dei dettagli e dei particolari. Tutto ottimamente organizzato. Vicina e comoda alle principali vie di comunicazione dell'isola. Da consigliare.
