With south and west mountain views, this 3741 sq.ft., 5BD/3.5BA Santa Rosa model by Toll Brothers is one of the nicest locations in the PGA West Greg Norman community. The large pool and patio overlook the 13th fairway and have unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa mountains. This floor plan has a lovely living room with a wet bar. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer those spectacular mountain views. Casual living works well in the family/TV room. The kitchen has a generously sized breakfast eating area, pantry, double ovens, and built-in refrigerator. Luxuriate in the master suite. Marble floors, double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub are some of the features along with a very large walk-in closet with organizers. we did our first long term stay with RHD and it really couldn't have gone any better. the staff is always attentive and quick to handle anything if and when anything might be needed. the home was in excellent shape and everything worked as it should. this stay was beyond relaxing and we will absolutely be looking to do this again with RHD.
