This darling 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom 2 story townhome is located directly across from the beach in a small, family friendly condo complex on the quieter west side of town with 3 pools, one of which is seasonally heated {November-March}, a hot tub that overlooks the Gulf Of Mexico, a fitness facility and tennis courts. It has been fully updated with modern furnishings and decor. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to work from the beach or for your family vacations. In low season, we also host a variety of traveling professionals and snowbirds! Mike's Oyster Bar and Cafe is within walking distance, Pier Park and Frank Brown Park are just over 2 miles away, making this the perfect place to stay if you're attending events like Gulf Coast Jam, the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and more. We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Why they chose this property
Fun fact: I stayed in this complex when I first moved to PCB, so I'm very partial to it. I love everything about it... That there are no elevators or parking garages to deal with, that there are 3 pools, one of which is heated for when temperatures get cooler, the hot tub, the friendly people, that there's no one above or below you and that you are a walk across the street from the beach.
