This is truly the perfect vacation spot. Enjoy championship golf, fun on the beach and the night life of the Village or simply relax in the quiet setting of this secluded side of the resort which possesses the ambiance of a nature preserve. Various species of trees, shrubbery, flowers and other foliage are abundant and one will frequently experience pelican, heron, other bird and even dolphin sightings!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave used beds unmade. Turn air up to 75 in summer. In winter turn the heat off.
Please charge golfcart all night the night before you leave. Please cover golfcart, return charging cable and key to the crate inside the house.
Please report any damage immediately.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Waiver must be signed for use of the golf cart. Driver must be 25 years old to rent.
Dog with approval, 25 lbs or less. Guests must disclose breed, weight, and age before arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in cancellation-no refund

Why they chose this property

I love to play golf and spend many hours enjoying the challenging courses on the resort. I also love waking up in my home away from home to a cup of coffee on the lanai while watching the morning sun rise over the lake and the abundant wildlife that also calls this wonderful setting home. I also enjoy browsing the many shops and antique stores in the area. Later I enjoy having a relaxing dinner on the lanai or going out to one of the many local restaurants for a delicious meal. Night time generally finds me drawn to the village for fun and entertainment which always includes a visit to Rum Runners to listen to the amazing dueling pianos. Owning my home in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort offers me the opportunity to enjoy many of my interests and activities. Fine dining, boutique and outlet shopping, nightlife and quality entertainment are among the many benefits available to me as a resident of this spectacular, private resort community. I would not trade my Sandestin home away from home for anything, anywhere else!!
