100 m2 of living space + 35m2 terrace in 9000m2 of parkland. Very quiet house but not isolated, no vis-à-vis, all rooms overlook the garden.
Terrace in the shade of a beautiful wisteria where you can have lunch.
3rd stone dining room in the garden, in the shade of an Aleppo pine and surrounded by laurel.
9x4 swimming pool with high security cover cover, view of the hills. Children's games (swings, climbing rope, bar, zip line, hut).
For 4-6 people
3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, US kitchen, bathroom. Large terrace, BBQ, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, stereo.
