Welcome to Opie's Cabins. These Cozy Cabins are fully restored 100-year old Rail Road Cabins, located near the Comal River. The Comal River is within walking distance and can been seen from the deck. Texas Tubes is located next door for easy outdoor fun. Each Cabin is uniquely decorated with it's own theme. All 8 cabins are connected with a gorgeous deck, which makes reserving multiple cabins more convenient for larger parties and groups.

Comal River Float

Just as advertised, everything was neat and clean. Great little cabin for 3 or 4 people that want to go float the river. Cabin is directly behind Texas Tubes for super easy access. The cabin is also within short walking distance to downtown strip.

Great Stay – Just What We Needed!We had a great time at this place! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals, and the whole space just felt really welcoming. The location was super convenient — close to shops, restaurants, a fun water park, and a beautiful river spot ( walking distance) where we spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying the scenery.Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful. Wurstfest visit

This is the third year in a row we have stayed at these cabins for Wurstfest. Hope to continue to stay here every year. Easy walking distance to downtown and to Wurstfest. Very clean and quiet. We love staying here.

Cutest place and best location!

My sister and I both went to Texas State and lived in San Marcos/New Braunfels, so we come back to visit often! This is our favorite place that we stayed because it is the perfect location for tubing and going downtown! Clean, cute, and comfortable!!

Loved the cabins!

The cabins were decorated beautifully! Bed were comfortable. Grass area to hang out was great! Everything was very clean and tidy! Close access to river and restaurants with in walking distance. Definitely a return visit in our future!
