The Cove at Sylvan Beach offers three-bedroom, two-bath units, each thoughtfully appointed with quality finishes, full kitchens, an in-home washer and dryer, fire pits, gas grills and more. ADA Communication cottages are intended for audio/visual impairments and provide audible, visual doorbell and fire alarm communication. The cottage includes a master bedroom with king-sized bed and en suite along with two additional bedrooms with two full XL beds in each.

You’ll also find surprising extras, including your own pontoon boat for the length of your stay, as well as exclusive access to a heated pool and playground. This idyllic getaway is Sylvan Beach’s premier vacation rental destination.

“This place is absolutely beautiful… From morning ‘til night, whether it was taking the pontoon boats out on the lake, renting water bikes and paddle boards, swimming in the pool, or just sitting on the deck of Sylvan Beach Supply Co. eating ice cream and watching the boats go by, there was never a dull moment. The kids really enjoyed playing in the playground. Sitting around a campfire making s'mores was the perfect way to end the night for all ages. The entire staff was super friendly and extremely helpful, and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to The Cove!” - Review from Kelly F.

Wish I found it 4 years ago

This stay was for my daughters college graduation. We’ve been staying at various hotels and rentals in the area. Has we found this spot 4 years ago we would have stayed here during every visit! Just perfect!!!! Property is a new resort area with lots to do including use of a pontoon boat for your stay! House was beautiful, clean and has everything!
