- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

What a wonderful stay we had in Fredericksburg! This charming home was perfect for us. About a mile from downtown, and a straight shot up to Enchanted Rock for a day hike. The home was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was amazing! Would love to stay again!

First night great. Went to wedding next day, came back that evening. Never went into side or backyard. Went to bed and Hot Tub lights were on and came thru bedroom till-1:30 AM. barely blinds (thru house) Bedroom was like there was a disco ball in the room. Tried every switch in the house. Rest of house was great and had everything.

Quiet Neighborhood near downtown

The Cottage on Hackberry was very comfortable. It was clean, had comfortable beds and a large kitchen. The neighborhood was very quiet and the drive to downtown, for shopping and eating, was short. A very peaceful experience. We were in town for a work conference and the cottage was a lovely place to wind down.

A place to relax

We need some some time to relax, and we did. Nice hot tub, a large tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. The inside of the house is remodeled and very clean. Our 56thanniversary. We visited some of our favorite places.
