The host checked in and made sure to let us know if we needed anything and to feel free to reach out to him. Everything was clean and in working order. The backyard was relaxing and inviting, the hot tub was clean and refreshing after a long day of shopping and visiting wineries. The house was close to attractions in Fredericksburg and easy to get to Main Street.
House was nice and cozy! Neighborhood was very peaceful.Easy to get around town and vineyards. Excellent choice!Backyard was nice with hot tub and fire place too.
We had a great stay in Fredericksburg, thanks to Francisco and his great home. The neighborhood was super quiet, very walkable, and just minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. The house itself was in great shape, appearing recently remodeled, and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Francisco was very responsive regarding a couple of small issues that popped up and we would recommend his home for any stay in Fredericksburg.
Family trip: us and our teen boys. Great location to all our activities. Space was great for all four of us. Separation between bedrooms giving privacy. Backyard setup great for hanging out as a family either in hot tub or game of darts. Cozy front porch enjoy beverages/coffee in morning when nice and cool out. Teens loved that uno cards were available. WiFi went out and Francisco was communicative and helped us get it back online. Didn’t affect our stay at all as most of the time we were out and about. Updated and clean. Cute, cozy older home.
