Ranch style house with fully fenced in back yard, downstairs living room has surround sound and fireplace, and 2 stall attached garage. 2 blocks from a popular sports bar, and a 15 minute Uber to downtown Sioux Falls. 2 bedroom are furnished with bed and a dresser and the 3rd is set up for a home office.

Cozy and convenient!
This house is cozy and comfortable, with a great yard for the dogs and a good neighborhood to walk them. The Yankton Trail was also a wonderful place to do longer excursions. There is a gym, gas/convenience store, sports bar and grocery store all within a few blocks. The owner was wonderful to deal with!!
