Nearby Downtown Sioux Falls, Avera McKennan Hospital, Sanford Hospital, Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital, and Orthopedic Institute. Loads of updates have been done to make this home comfortable.

You'll not only love the adorable interior of the home, but you will love the relaxation the big backyard brings w/the beautiful trees and welcoming patio. Beautiful three level historic home with lots of gathering and private spaces. Plenty of sleeping space (3 queen beds, 7 double beds, 1 full bed, 2 futons, 1 sofa bed, and 2 couches). Bedrooms in attic loft, 2nd floor, and basement. Bathrooms on 2nd floor and basement. Laundry room in basement.

Charming house in great location.

Really charming home in a historic neighborhood minutes from downtown. We were visiting family and know the city well. The house and location met all our needs and was spacious and comfortable. Home is lovely and well appointed, will definitely rent again.

Family Weekend Getaway

This was a great property for a family! We especially enjoyed the spacious backyard. Steve was a great host and promptly replied to any questions. We also really appreciated the food and entertainment recommendations that were provided. We would definately stay here again when visiting Sioux Falls.

This property was very nice, very good location, easy to access anywhere in Sioux Falls area. The property has a nice large private back yard which was nice to relax in. Plenty of space in the house, very cute decor, will definitely check it out again for future visits

This was a great house. We had a weekend of sporting events in Sioux Falls and didn’t want to drive back-and-forth so several moms and our kids all stay here. It’s very convenient. House is nice. All amenities are up-to-date. I was very impressed.

Lovely home with lots of room

This was a spacious property - we slept 10 comfortably with room for 4 more. The fenced in yard was nice and the property is close to Falls Park which was a delight for the kids. Appliances were all top notch. Very enjoyable stay.

Great house, great neighborhood

We were a party of 16, an extended family from across the country in Sioux Falls for the wedding of a granddaughter. There was plenty of space for us all, adults, teenagers, and younger children. Our adult kids loved the home, especially the woodwork. All of us loved the huge fenced in yard with a large brick patio where we gathered in the evenings to talk and nosh and drink. The house is located two blocks from a beautiful public park that our teenagers enjoyed. We had six teen-aged girls so two bathrooms was a problem, but the again, 6 bathrooms wouldn’t have been enough. Overall, the consensus of this family was that we loved the place.

Amazing for our group of 3 families.

Three families with a total of 7 kids & 5 adults, stayed Thursday-Monday. The house is very cute & actually better than the photos! The kids loved the bunk rooms. There are only 2 bathrooms but the hot water was plentiful. There are 2 sets of washers/dryers which was very nice. Kitchen was well furnished & stocked with all basic utensils. The back yard is spacious & we had a great time grilling & playing games out there. It’s a lovely, quiet historic neighborhood. It felt very safe & neighbors seemed friendly. It’s a great central location to everything in SF. Communication with owners was prompt & polite. We ended up requesting to extend our stay by a night & it was a very easy process. This will definitely be where our family stays when traveling to SF in the future.

Lovely home

Rented for a family reunion in Sioux Falls this week. Location was perfect for our family festivities near McKennan Park. Lots of separate space for kids, and a great backyard for entertaining. Home had comfortable beds and was air conditioned. Would definitely rent again! Thank you.

Great location. Beautiful neighborhood.

The home was old and well preserved. The neighborhood was a close distance from downtown, and I enjoyed a morning walk amongst historic homes and huge trees. Bedrooms and living space were comfortable. Overall a nice place, but could be improved with details like bed side lamps, Kleenex, mirrors in bedrooms, upgraded patio furniture, and landscape work. We liked the patio, but there were only four metal chairs, and the steps were old and small. The WiFi and TVs worked well. The private parking area was nice but tight, so it would be helpful to have access to at least one garage stall. Steve was friendly and was prompt to bring over paper towels and soap, which we were surprised were missing. We did not cook or grill, but we’re disappointed there was no coffee grinder when it was listed in the amenities. Thankfully someone had left ground coffee for us. We had a nice stay, and were grateful for a good AC since the heat index was over 100degrees F. Many nice points, but for the price would expect more attention to detail. Would stay here again.
