The spacious property is located in the best location of the Baltic Sea resort, directly on the spa promenade and offers a beautiful view of the nearby Kurpark. The white, fine sand beach is just 50 m away and just reachable. The very attractive architecture, excellent room layout combined with high-quality furnishings, maritime cozy furnishings and excellent location make the Villa Andrea on the beach a trendy and highly sought-after holiday destination. The prestigious apartment is located on the second floor, which is accessible by lift. In the cellar there is the sauna with a resting room and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The property is landscaped, as far as possible the beautiful old tree is preserved in the rear area. Each apartment has an underground car park.
