Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage ist super. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Beim Check-In und der Kurkartenübergabe gab es Verzögerungen mit dem Dienstleister vor Ort. Frau Witz war aber stets um zügige Klärung aller Anliegen bemüht und reagiert schnell auf sämtliche Anfragen.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und das Apartment war wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Apartmenthaus ist in bester Lage. Der Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frau Witt war wirklich gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder nach Baabe und dann wissen wir wo wir wohnen werden.

Silvester kann so schön sein

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage, über Silvester, in schöner Lage, in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung, verbracht. In Baabe und Umgebung waren wir schon mehrfach im Sommer zu Gast. Nun über Silvester eine "neue" Erfahrung. Die Wohnung war ein Traum und wir hatten uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Perfekter Ablauf, von der Buchung, über die Zahlung, den Kontakt, bis hin zur Abreise...alles toll.

Schöne Unterkunft

Ein Kurztripp von 4 Tagen: Ein ideales Quartier, sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und gleichzeitig geschmackvoll, schöner Wohnungsschnitt und perfekte Lage: zum Strand wirklich nur eine Minute, aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gut gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Alles war top...wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung! Top Lage! Man brauchte nur zur Tür heraus und hatte alles... Strand, Essen, Glühwein und Kultur! Zu Mitternacht konnten wir am Strand ein fantastisches Feuerwerk erleben! Also ein rundum gelungener Silvesterurlaub!

Beste Lage

Zum zweiten mal durften wir Gast in der Villa Düne sein. Einrichtungsstil, Geräumigkeit und hervorragende Ausstattung waren auch dieses Jahr gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub auf Rügen genießen.Baabe ist für uns der perfekte Urlaubsort an der Ostsee.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in einer super Lage. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Leider konnten wir den Herd trotz Beschreibung nicht anstellen. Klitzekleiner Minuspunkt. Ansonsten war alles tipptopp 👍🏻. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Waren das 2. Mal da. Eigentlich sollten wir das Objekt nicht zu sehr loben, damit wir noch Chancen haben es buchen zu können. Die Lage ist top, eine schöne gepflegte FeWo. Schnell am Strand bei der Eisdiele, dem Spielart, dem Kurpark oder dem Fischrestaurant. Bimmelbahn fährt vor der Tür ab Bäcker nicht weit weg. In der Wohnung mit den 2 separaten Schlafzimmern kann man auch Regentage entspannt verbringen. Immer wieder gerne.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist funktional und dennoch sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Hier wurde mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet, aber nichts wirkt überladen. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist groß und bietet viel Platz zum Essen und Ausruhen. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Die Bäder sind schön eingerichtet mit geräumiger Dusche. Das Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Fahrstuhl und Treppenhaus ist gerade bei An- und Abreise ideal. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert dank Schlüsselbox mit Code.

Strandnah ruhig gut ausgestattet

Eine schöne Fewo in Baabe. Das Haus ist in erster Reihe zum Strand aber die Wohnung zur Sonne = zur Seite ausgerichtet. Damit ist man sofort am Strand und am Spielplatz aber man wohnt ruhig nach hinten raus. Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Das Kinderzimmer eignet sich gut zum Schlafen von 2 großen Kindern, zum Spielen ist das Zimmer etwas eng. Das Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend groß. Der Esstisch bietet bequem 6 Personen platz. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos in Sellin. Einzig die Übergabe der Kurkarten hat bei uns erst am Folgetag geklappt. Für die Anfahrt hätten wir uns eine Anfahrtsskizze gewünscht, da die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ein wenig versteckt ist. Tiefgaragenstellplatz ein wenig eng, aber sehr bequem zu erreichen und natürlich komfortabel bei Hitze oder Regen. Wohnung können wir weiterempfehlen.

Schlafzimmer etwas eng eingerichtet. Sauberkeit kann etwas verbessert werden. Alles in allem aber gut. Eingangstür fällt einem leider immer in den Rücken, kann nicht eingeklemmt werden und bleibt nicht stehen.

Für Familie mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben mit 2 Kindern (6 und 4 Jahre) in der Unterkunft gewohnt. Die Ferienwohnung ist zu viert geräumig genug (auch mal für einen Regentag), modern eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist Top: sehr dicht am Strand und am Spielplatz. Baabe ist für Urlaube mit kleineren Kindern sehr empfehlenswert (nicht zu groß, nicht zu klein, schöner Sandstrand). Ein Manko: die Unterkunft liegt recht dicht am Kurpark. In unseren 10 Tagen war 3 oder 4x abends Musik, die man auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern noch innen hört. Das sollte man bei sehr kleinen oder empfindlichen Kindern berücksichtigen.
