Vacation like you're On Cloud Nine. With five bedrooms and over 2400 square feet of living area, this 1940s beach cottage provides guests with a warm, friendly ambiance and plenty of room to wander. Enjoy the Tybee breezes on the outdoor terrace while dining and entertaining in the newly decorated property. The house is ideal for traveling groups who enjoy separate spaces all under one roof.

The downstairs greets you with what will be a fun and cozy living space - perfect for movie nights or a cool hang out for kids and teens - with a comfy sectional, a large flat-screen TV, and a table-top video game console that will entertain for hours. Follow the steps upstairs to the main living level. Whether you prefer to dine indoors or on the upper deck, you'll find plenty of room to spread out and relax here. A flat-screen TV and a new sofa are in the living room. The galley kitchen has been updated and includes all stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee machine. A huge sunroom on the back of the house connects two bedrooms. Both the King and the Queen-sized beds share the full bathroom.

Downstairs includes three bedrooms, furnished with a Queen bed and TV, Two Twins, and 1 Daybed in each. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, an additional half bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer. The backyard features a brick-paved patio with twinkle lights, perfect for enjoying a nice Tybee evening. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Off-street parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Wireless Internet is available for guest use. Savannah Getaway

This was a great property to spend a long weekend away and celebrate my mom's birthday! There was plenty of space and all we needed in the kitchen to cook and eat with. Close to beach access. Easy in and out of property. Quiet street and neighbors.

Cute beach home

We had a great family vacation! Location was great! The bathrooms needed renovations, and the AC was struggling to keep the upstairs cool. Bring extra bath towels because there were only one per person and they were small. Other than that, it was a great home in a great location and we would definitely go back to stay!! Super cute and spacious.

Comfy Accommodations

My group resumed our annual Girls Trip for the first time post-COVID. There was eight of us and the house provided plenty of space for sleeping and gathering. The location was convenient to a grocery store, restaurants and literally less than a five minute walk to the beach. Definitely would book this property again.
