The host was very nice and responsive. She was flexible with our plans and very informative. Everything in the house was great and very clean. It was the perfect accommodations and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Great location to the airport and activities as well!

Great property with all the comforts. Large living dining kitchen space, 4 bedrooms each with TV and ceiling fans, effective AC, pool, hot tub and ability to sit in the pontoon boat at the lakes edge. Easy access to food stores and lots of activities. Kim was very responsive (we had to extend our stay d/t flight cancellations) and she was accommodating and responded rapidly to all our inquiries. 5 star!

Great family getaway

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The location was very close to the airport and to our local family members. The outdoor space was wonderful with many sitting areas - covered and uncovered. The heated pool and hot tub were great additions. Within the house there was plenty of room to visit, cook, and eat. Great place for a get together!

Excellent stay at this property. Host was very quick to respond and accommodating with the questions and requests we had. Definitely one of the better hosts I've worked with.Home was in good condition, with the standout being the outdoor area / back yard of the property. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, and dock area were all highlights for our crew. Plenty of extras as well; fishing gear, pool floats / toys, a huge Connect Four game / lawn toy. If you plan to enjoy some pool time and/or cookouts, this property should be on your short list.Excellent stay overall!

Great Stay In Florida

Just spent two weeks here and could not have been better. Property is located in old Florida on one of the many lakes. It is within minutes of the ocean as well. Weather and accommodations could not have been better. Thank you Kim

I feel it’s necessary to start with this.. don’t be fooled by the picture of the front of the house! It’s definitely roomier than it looks! It was the perfect little get away for our girls trip. They offered pool heating for additional charge, but we opted out & truthfully the pool was perfect as is! Hot tub was HOT and great for relaxing. Kitchen had lots of great necessities (and labeled cabinets were super helpful) The shed facing the hot tub also had lots of pool leisure floaties (and a pump in the house) so don’t worry about packing or buying them! House was very clean and comfortable, A/C kept us nice and cool! We spent a lot of time hanging on the patio, sitting around the fire, and watching scary movies on the giant projector wall. It’s tucked on the bend of a very quiet street, 2 minutes from a Publix, 5 mins from Walmart. There was lots of good food within a 10-15 minute drive towards the ocean. And if you stay here we were only 30 minutes from Peanut Island which I also recommend checking out via the ferry shuttle with super clear water, and lots of ocean life close to its shore! It was the perfect little vacation for just wanting relaxation and peace. Also we say some pretty good sized beautiful “Florida stray cats” (lizards) right in the back yard!

Great house that has it all!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Fishing in the lake was fantastic. We all enjoyed seeing the wildlife around the house and the pool and hot tub were everything we could have asked for. Everything is close to the house and we enjoyed trips to the beach and snorkeling! The owners were so nice too! Great place to vacation!!

Beautiful property
