Schöne große Wohnung, neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Leider war in einem Raum die Fernbedienung für den Ventilator nicht passend, so dass die programmierten Einschaltzeiten nicht veränderbar waren. Auf Nachfrage in der Agentur erhielt ich den hilfreichen Tipp, die Stromzufuhr am Sicherungskasten abzustellen (ein Hebel zu kippen), damit war das Problem behoben. Lage ein Traum, Parken direkt am Haus, Ausgangspunkt für viele Möglichkeiten (bor. Inseln, Orta See, Stresa, bot. Gärten usw. In Baveno gibt es eine öffentliche Badestelle mit Bewirtung, so konnte man auch direkt im See baden. Ansonsten schöner Pool für die morgentliche und abendliche Erfrischung vorhanden. Die Bilder im Angebot stimmen 1:1 mit den Gegebenheiten überein.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cet appartement. La vue sur le lac majeur est magnifique et à 180 degré. La résidence bien que comportant beaucoup d’appartements est très calme, les résidents sont très respectueux les uns des autres. Nous avons pu profiter de la grande piscine et jouer avec les enfants sans être mal regarder ou que l’on nous fasse des remarques. Les ventilateurs au plafond sont agréables la nuit quand il fait chaud. Enfin la localisation pour visiter et profiter de Baveno est idéale. Bref nous recommandons cette location.

Die Lage der Wohnung mit dem fantastischen Blick auf den See war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Küche war leider sehr spärlich ausgestattet.
