La Selva A 408 Residence by Lago Reisen

It is a holiday resort, popular with our holidaymakers and buyers, in a quiet south-facing location. There is a public beach with a snack bar just 400 m away. The large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, weather permitting open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Early September) and the tennis courts (extra charge). The subtropical plant growth, the gigantic unobstructable sea view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large, sunny balconies are wonderful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the enclosed complex. Free parking is available outside the residence. Note: For our high number of parents in this residence, there are mainly two reasons (quality and rental price): these are usually furnished with tasteful private apartments. Since we have already earned our agency commission for the sale of each apartment, we can now offer you these apartments as a tenant free of commission. 3½-room maisonette apartment "A 408" with approx. 85 m² living space, up to 5 persons: 1. Slightly complicated booking process with a deposit payment to letting agency first, then a second payment to the owner then arranging to collect keys from the concierge and make a final cash payment but all went very smoothly. The appartment was very clean, well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, very helpful for family of 4! The stunning view from the balcony over Lago Maggiore sells the appartment. Only thing missing would be a couple of large fans as it gets very hot inside and quite uncomfortable. Conveniently located for shops, restaurants and supermarkets 5 mins drive away in Intra. The large pool was invaluable to cool down and has a nice pool bar. You just need to pay a few Euros for sunbeds and sunshade hire. Overall a great appartment fkr a lakes based holiday.

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Wohnung hat durch ihre Lage, eine traumhafte Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Sie ist geräumig, hat alles was man braucht und ist guter Ausgangspunkt zu etlichen Unternehmungen. Das einzige was man als Nachteil sehen könnte: man braucht für alles das Auto, mal eben irgendwo zu Fuß hin gehen ist eher schlecht, da zu weit oben am Hang und auch so das meiste dann doch zu weit weg. Alles in allem tut das aber keinen Abbruch, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Zeer mooie woning, maar niet geschikt voor de zomer

Bijna alles in deze woning is geregeld, behalve iets van klimaatbeheersing. Het is in de zomer ruim 33 graden aan het meer, we hebben 35/36 graden gehad met een hoge luchtvochtigheid. Ook zijn er heel erg veel muggen. Dus wat echt ontbreekt is airconditioning. Maar als dat als te grote investering wordt gezien, dan zijn horren voor de ramen met ventilators in elke kamers echt onmisbaar! We hebben meerdere nachten niet kunnen slapen vanwege de hitte en we zijn daarom ook 2 dagen eerder vertrokken. We raden de huiseigenaar sterk aan hier iets mee te doen. Wat ook jammer is, is dat onze tieners niet zonder de huissleutel naar het zwembad konden, ivm het electronische hek. Verder is het uitzicht en balkon fantastisch en lagen de bedden prima. Aan de rest van het huis mankeert verder niets.

Wonderful vacation Appartment.

Apart from bad WiFi (maybe due to overloaded SIM card/subscription inside the Teltonika router ?) we enjoyed our stay very much. Nice and clean swimmingpool close by. Short walking distance to the nearest beach, although the roads are narrow/scary...
