Perfect holiday unit in fantastic location

The property is in a wonderful area with great view of the lake and mountains. Has all facilities and appliances to make it a memorable holiday. Easy walking distance to Restaurants and a short drive or bus trip to Bellagio and Como. Francesca was a great host and made our stay memorable.

Die gemietete Ferienwohnung auf 70QM befindet sich direkt am Comer See im kleinen Städtchen Lezzeno. Sie bietet ein Wohnzimmer und einen großen Balkon mit Seeblick.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und umfangreich eingerichtet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, viele Töpfe und viele Pfannen, viele Teller und viele Gläser, Besteck war nur in einzelner Ausführung vorhanden). Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster und auch der Dunstabzug funktionierte nur sehr schlecht. Die kleineren Einrichtungsnachteile glich die freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin mit ihrem guten Service und einer guten und einfachen Kommunikation wieder aus. Es gibt einen privaten Kiesstrand und wir nutzten die hauseigenen kostenlosen Kanus für kleinere Seetouren. Lezzeno bietet verschiedene Restaurants, eine Fähranbindung, einen Seespazierweg und eindrucksvolle benachbarte Orte wie Bellagio und Nesso sind schnell mit Auto oder Bus zu erreichen. Wir waren Ende September dort und genossen, dass der Ort nicht zu voll mit anderen Reisenden war. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - die Vermieterin sehr aufmerksam - per WhatsApp immer erreichbar - und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Nous avons pris nos repas sur le balcon les pieds presque dans l’eau avec les cygnes et canards pour compagnons Belles promenades au départ de la maison sur chemin bordant le lac et sans voitures Location grande très propre manquant un peu de décoration et surtout d’ustensiles de cuisine (pas de louche ni plat de four ) Accueil chaleureux et professionnel de Francesca Nous remercions le geste commercial pour compenser la WIFI en panne sur le secteur

Calme, paisible et reposant

Logement au bord du lac avec petite plage privée et canoës à disposition. Village typique italien. Supérette, ATM, bus et chemin de rando à proximité. Logement propre et spacieux avec un balcon donnant sur le lac. Zone naturelle, on peut observer des cygnes, des oies et toutes sortes d'animaux. Bellagio à 25min en bus. Idéal pour se ressourcer.

Schöne Panoramalage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön direkt am See. Eigener Seezugang, allerdings sehr steinig und dadurch etwas unbequem zum liegen ohne Liege. Kanus standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Allerdings gab es nicht, wie beschrieben Fahrräder zum Ausleihen und das angegebene Motorboot konnte auch nicht benutzt werden. In der Nähe gelegene Restaurants sind sehr rar und auch zu Fuß weiter zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto einen Parkplatz zu finden grenzt an ein kleines Wunder, von daher für mich Abstriche für die Beschreibung in dieser Hinsicht. Ansonsten wäre noch das zu kleine Sofa in der Fewo zu erwähnen. Absolut zu klein für 4 Personen. Ansonsten sind die ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten nur mit Auto, Bus oder Fähre erreichbar. Im großen Ganzen war es eher ein Urlaub, der nicht ganz so komfortabel zu bewerten ist.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am See

Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt am See und genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sowohl Como als auch Bellagio sowie weitere Orte sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Eine Bootsanlegestelle um bspw. mit dem Boot nach Como zu fahren ist in ca. 2 km fussläufig zu erreichen. Lezzeno als Ort hatte allerdings zu unserer Reisezeit nicht viel zu bieten außer ein paar Restaurants. Auch ist der Fußweg, zumeist auf der kleinen gut befahrenen Straße, mit Kinderwagen nicht sehr komfortabel. Gehsteige sind nur selten vorhanden. Somit waren leider keine großen Spaziergänge möglich. Die Gastgeberin war super nett und die Abwicklung vor Ort überhaupt kein Problem und sehr angenehm. Auch bei Fragen stand sie uns schnell mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Verfügung. Zudem spricht sie Deutsch. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die Gastfreundschaft!

Lezzeno Lake Como waterfront

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit direktem Blick auf den See

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön mit direktem Blick auf den See. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und der Kontakt sehr nett. Das Auto kann man direkt hinter dem Haus parken. In Lezzeno sind einige kleine Gemischtwarenläden in denen man alles nötige bekommt. Für einen Einkauf zu Fuß aber ein wenig weit entfernt. Da werden die Arme dann doch etwas lang. Was im Hochsommer sicher ein Vorteil ist... die Wohnung hat Nordausrichtung. Im Frühjahr und Herbst hat man dadurch nur wenig Sonne auf dem Balkon. Wir hattenceinen tollen Urlaub und habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
