Loved Favios place. Excellent accommodation, well presented with all you need. Views over the Lake are fabulous. Ferry from Lierna takes you different places on Lake with Bellagio only a short hop. Big garden with Olive Trees! Comfortable beds & nice bedding. Would have no hesitation booking again. Thanks

Beautiful villa with great view

This villa is more than functional and tastefully decorated. The view of the lake from the house and the great garden is magnificent and Favio is an exceptional host. We were very happy to be able to bring our dogs. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Lovely house in Lake Como

The house is in a beautiful location and very clean, and wee equiped. Favio was very helpful and lives nearby so always available to help if needed. Walks very close to hand, but you need to be fit. Overall a delightful place to stay

Amazing lake view and garden

Thank you Favio, we really enjoyed our holidays in your house. The lake can be seen from almost each room in the house! The garden is perfect for children and relaxing afternoons. Only the walking distance to the city of Lierna is quite long. Nice place!

Lierna

Had an amazing time in italy. The property is fantastic and had everything we required. The views are amazing as you can see on the pictures. It is a bit of a walk to the centre and is a steep walk back to the villa. The owners are great and catered for a couple of things we needed. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful setting

The house and property are wonderful. We really loved Lierna, as it is much less crowded and curated than the more touristic cities around the lake. The house is in a large and beautiful garden and view is incredible. The patios were really great, and having a garage (we were with our baby) was very useful. The house is great,the rooms were perfect, the bathroom very big, the kitchen and dining room perfect for what we needed. Favio was very nice and answered all and any questions qe had. We highly recommend this property and would love to go back !

Fantastic stay in Lierna

Firstly may I say what an absolute gentleman Favio is. I booked the property a couple of years ago, to visit the Moto Guzzi 100 year anniversary with friends and family. Obviously with the Covid issues, it was delayed. Favio kept in constant communication, reassuring me all was well. On arriving at the villa in September 2022, we found a beautiful property, with views of the lake and the mountains to the rear. Favio met us, and showed us around the villa. Absolutely amazing. The villa was spotless, and the facilities were excellent. (I think it must have the best view from the loo that i have ever seen 😊) I must admit, we did find it a little difficult to locate when travelling back and forth on the motorcycles, but we finally got it😁. My family flew in a couple of days later, and were truly impressed with the property. The morning after we arrived, we found a large basket of grapes left on the table outside, and when my family arrived, we found that a basket of pastries had been left for us. It is little things like this that really make an impression. The walk down to the train station is a little bit of a hike, and taxis are scarce, so transport may be advisable..., we used the motorcycles to shuttle the family back from the station when we returned from the Moto Guzzi rally. Did I mention the garage..huge, and very secure. Happy to leave our bikes in there. All in all a superb property and a fantastic host. Not overbearing, but was there when you needed him. No complaints whatsoever. (A word of advice though.. When the weather is a little damp, as with everywhere, it does seem to bring the midges out, so don't forget your Autan midge repellent😊) Many thanks for our fantastic visit Favio. Saluti 👍😎

Ein superschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick auf den See. Unfassbar toll angelegtes, riesiges Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen in einem privaten Anwesen bestehend aus 4 Häusern, die man aber nicht wahrnimmt - so weitläufig. Doppelgarage, Fahrräder, Gasgrill, Espressomaschine - alles da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ons verblijf in het huis was in één woord geweldig. Het huis ligt vrij en het uitzicht over het meer en de plaatsjes is heel mooi. Het huisje is volledig qua voorzieningen en ook een bakker en supermarkt zijn op korte rijafstand.

Schönes Haus in phantastischer Lage

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in Favios Haus genossen. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und der Blick über den See einfach nur traumhaft. Auch sonst bietet das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Aufteilung der Räume schön und praktisch. Es hat alles super geklappt - trotz verspäteter Anreise. Vielen Dank an Favio!

Das Ferienhaus von Favio erfüllt alle Erwartungen:die Prospektbeschreibung stimmt,das Haus durchdacht,modern,herrliche Aussicht aus allen Räumen,ein grosserKühl u. Gefrierschrank,E-herd m.5 Platten-Induktion.Wers nicht kennt:vorher informieren.Eine Sicherheitsanlage ums Haus ist verbaut.Der TV hat 4/5 dt.Programme m. sep. Fernbedienung.Ums Haus herumgeht eine Treppe zur grossen Kellergarage.Favio weist in die strikte italien. Müllsortierung ein.Die Anreisetipsunbedingt befolgen.Es gibt ca. 1,5 km entfernt(Auto) an der Hauptstr. einen gut sort. Supermarkt,eine Bar mitTabakverkauf,gegenüber eine Pizzeria,100 Meter nachlinks einen Feinkostladen..Danach ein hübscher Platz ,mit Kolonaden und Lokal ,einer leckeren Gelateria und gegenüber eine Pasticcheria ,dazu etliche Parkplätze inkl. Stromanschluss warten.Vom Platz kannst Du (50 Meter)zur Uferpromenade mit Schiffsanleger gehen.Das Schönste:den Tag auf der Terasse und der riesen-grossen Wiese,von vielen Olivenbäumen umrahmt ver-bringen.Thymian und Rosmarin duften,es ist eine Ehre,die Geranien und 2 Hortensien etwas zu giessen.Dazu die Aussicht,besser morgens od. abends?

Perfect verblijf

perfect , mooi huis , fijne ligging om het comomeer te verkennen . Leuke gastheer die ons vriendelijk welkom kwam zeggen. Had nog iets lekkers gebracht voor bij de koffie . Heel fijn met de garage erbij die erg ruim is .Ook in huis alles aanwezig goede bedden . Alleen wel auto nodig om naar de winkel te gaan was voor ons geen probleem. Ook in tuin was alles aanwezig ligbedden fijne stoelen ,bbq. schitterend uitzicht op comomeer.

Schönes Haus hoch über dem See

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großer Rasenfläche. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den See. Das Haus liegt weit oben im Ort, einige Straßen sind recht schmal. Es empfiehlt sich, bei Tageslicht anzureisen, da nicht ganz einfach zu finden, wenn man sich noch nicht auskennt. Große Doppelgarage. Das Grundstück ist durch ein elektrisches Tor gesichert.Der Gastgeber war bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Der Ort Lierna ist nicht unbedingt der attraktivste Ort am See. Dennoch haben wir und unser Hund uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Dass wir für das nächste Jahr schon wieder gebucht haben, dürfte als Bewertung aussagekräftig genug sein. Zwei Hinweise: Das Haus wirkt viel größer, als es die angegebene Quadratmeterzahl vermuten lässt. Bitte folgen Sie dem Navi nicht, wenn es Sie bei der Anreise durch eine sehr enge Gasse führen möchte. Es gibt eine große und bequeme Straße von der Ortsmitte aus!

Unvergessliche Tage am Comer See

Wir hatten eine unbeschreiblich schöne Woche am Comer See. Wir waren das erste Mal dort und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Wir erlebten dort freundliche und hilfsbereite Einheimische, die so sind wie die gesamte Umgebung des Comer See, Bellissimo !! Hervorzuheben ist dieses kleine Stück Paradies in Lierna, wo wir unsere Unterkunft und Ruheoase hatten und welches von Favio und seiner Familie gehegt und gepflegt wird. Favio ist ein sehr netter, freundlicher und sympahtischer Gastgeber, der einem hilft und alles macht damit man sich wohl fühlt. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder Gast bei Favio werden. Ciao Favio, Ciao Italy!
