Bel appartement, ventilateurs dans chaques pièces, car très chaud.Bruyant car bars tout autour.Bien situé par rapport à la plage et bateaux pour les îles.Pas assez de petites cuillères.

Geräumig, zentral, mit Seesicht

Wir hatten eine erholsame und sehr angenehme Woche in dieser wirklich geräumigen Wohnung. Der kleine Balkon mit Seesicht ist ein absoluter happy place. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Betten in top Zustand. Minuspunkte: laute Bar daneben, magere Küchenausstattung, Seesicht nur in 2 Zimmern.

Es war sehr wirklich schön, der Ausblick ist phänomenal, die Wohnung ist schon sehr urig, typisch italienisch, schlicht eingerichtet, sehr bequeme und gute Betten und es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Wir hätten noch einen Ventilator mehr benötigt, die Küchenutensilien sind doch sehr spärlich.

Vorsicht vor versteckten Kosten

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll und der Blick auf den See umwerfend! Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, aber recht spartanisch eingerichtet und an vielen Ecken mangelt es etwas an Sauberkeit, z. B. am alten Dielenboden. Gut gefallen hat uns die Größe der Wohnung, sie ist sehr geräumig. Die Fotos lassen glauben, dass Bettwäsche inbegriffen ist, dies ist jedoch leider nicht der Fall. Wer darauf angewiesen ist, muss für Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra zahlen. Für eine vierköpfige Familie also mal eben 100 € mehr. Ansonsten ist die Lage der Wohnung wirklich perfekt, um einen schönen Urlaub am Lago Maggiore zu verbringen!

Top Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und der Top Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die Agentur war auch sehr nett. Die schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, obwohl wir zu spät dran waren.

Localisation parfaite et logement spacieux

Très bonne localisation avec belle vue sur le lac, à deux pas de l'embarcadère des ferries pour les îles Borommées. Chambres spacieuses, logement bien équipé. Bonne réactivité pour régler les petits problèmes au début du séjour (eau chaude capricieuse, évacuation de la baignoire, wifi...) A recommander.

Schöne Wohnung (ohne Klimaanlage) mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern die Ferienwohnung im 3. Stock bewohnt. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Sicht auf den See vom kleinen Balkon aus ist traumhaft. Einziger dicker Minuspunkt war die Tatsache, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab und es in der Wohnung meist sehr sehr warm war. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man den meist gut besuchten öffentlichen Kiesstrand am See. (Sandstrand ist kostenpflichtig) Auch Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Hausverwalterin war sehr nett und sprach gut deutsch, so dass die Abwicklung sehr schnell ging und unkompliziert war.
